Question

Anyone got a line on the effects of hypertension and PTSD. What I have going on is that I am SC for Hypertension and the effects of this has dammaged my heart (SC) and now I am wondeing what the VA considiers when a Non SC PTSD affect my SC Hypertension. I am also SC for Migraines as result of Hypertension. I am no Doctor so my opinion is worth little value but the fact that I found this on the VA website
38 C.F.R. § 3.310(a). Additional
disability resulting from the aggravation of a nonservice-
connected condition by a service-connected condition is also
compensable under 38 C.F.R. § 3.310(a). Allen v. Brown, 7
Vet. App. 439, 448 (1995) (en banc).
Does this apply to my claim? What pisses me off is that when Veterans apply under their rules is that they pull out all stops to screw us. Just wondering if this applied have a good day..
