I Called Bob

Hey, Vets. This works great. I called Bob on Wednesday. Thursday morning the BVA gomer calls to find out whazzup. Then today the DRO calls up to say they are doing my DRO (which I didn't ask for) on my NOD of my CUE denial for a rating reduction. VA Seattle is 545 days out on DRO reviews. I submitted the NOD on 4/30/2014. The DRO asked me what I wanted. 100% from 1994 and SMC S.

I emailed Bob after reading you success. Got a phone call this morning from DRO, neck and radiculopathy granted, new letter will be mailed 100% P&T. Bob has my vote too! Will post all the details when I get them.

I have not heard back yet on my email to him......

but I know it was an email situation he never got before and I expect someone at VA Central had to check to see if what I said was true...

.......and I can be very patient.....

it is a virtue I learned from dealing with the VA.

Well gentlemen I( got the call this morning about my BVA traveling board judge hearing. I was told that it would be either 11/5 or 11/7 at St Petersburg RO. I guess mr McDonald has some real pull. I have been fighting this IU claim since 10/11/2011. They directly told me that the request to get me going came from DC center office. Is there anything I should be aware of or and advice at the hearing, a Varo officer will be with me . Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Asknod. They will be calling me today again to confirm which date, wish me luck. I guess its not what you know but who you call. Will let you all know when they call.
