Superior Canal Dehiscence
Situation- I have been suffering from serious ringing in my ears for roughly the last decade or so along with very sensitive hearing. Among those symptoms, I have a slew of other issues that are currently unimportant to this post but some of my other issues were vertigo and occasional memory loss. After countless trips to the doctors, audiologists and ENT's I was finally diagnosed with tinnitus and hyperacusis. Claims for disability were filed and after a few battles, I was awarded 10% with hyperacusis and tinnitus combined but I was denied for the vertigo and memory loss. After a few more years of testing for balance issues and dizziness, Cat Scans and MRI's I …

VA is involved in still another scandal, according to Ben Krause
Ben Krause is a disabled Vet himself, also an attorney, who is a Veteran's activist. This is what he has to say about this recent scandal and coverup involving at least 2 "high ups" of VA who are non Veterans. I would ask why non Veterans are being promoted to the highest levels of VA, when Veterans there are around 30 million Veterans available? https://www.disabledveterans.org/integrityfirst-veteran-privacy-breach/?inf_contact_key=71ee763de3db9cb7e92c7579b6b15d6e680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1 It may be time to write to your senator and ask this non Veteran employee NOT be confirmed by congreess to this high level va position, especially in light of th…

Attention: Scammers are stealing paid for homes.
Many county clerk and recorders have title's to property online. Then, skilled forgers forge your name to documents and literally steal your home. This mainly applies to people with paid for homes, its much harder when you have a mortgage. ONE solution: My county clerk and recorder will notify the owner, upon request, whenever a new document is recorded, via email, or mail. You simply mail in a form, requesting to be notified of any new recordings to your home. (mortgage, title transfer, etc., etc). The clerk and recorder then sends you a notice whenver there is any document recorded pertaining to your home. In my county, you can ca…

Depression?
I am service-connected Left Knee 50% osteoarthritis, limitation of extension, 20% arthritis left knee and 10% Tinnitus. I want to file a claim(s) for depression aggravated by my tinnitus and depression aggravated by my left knee. I have a depression diagnoses in my private medical files do to knee pain. The question I have is would I submit a claim for depression for both tinnitus and left knee pain or do I pick one. My understanding is the VA doesn't rate for both (I don't know) and if this true how would I decide which one to pursue. Asking for advice on what course of action I should take?
