Bva Appeal To Dro Review With Hearing.
Hi I currently have a BVA appeal at my VARO waiting for a hearing and then to be certified to the BVA for formal appeal and it has already been 1.5 years and still not even a date for a hearing. Is it possible for me to request a DRO review with hearing before an adjudicator at this time? If I do, how will this affect my BVA appeal if the DRO review is unhelpful? Does anyone know how long a DRO review with hearing takes in Albuquerque at this time? Thank in advance! :-)

4 Min C & P
I had a C & P last week for headaches. The doctor only spoke to me for 4 mins. She kept asking me which doctor sent me to him. I kept telling her the VA., it appeared she had reading nothing in my file. She said the VA sends the file to her after. I clearly saw the VA file on her receptionist desk, it had my name and social on it and it was about 4 inches thick. I got the impression she really did not want to talk to me, or care enough to read anything in my file. She hardly asked me any questions and then when I told her what other specialist in her field diagnosed me with, she told me she felt they were wrong. I have spoke to a team of doctors and they h…

More C&p Exams?
I recieved a new rating for TBI with residuals on 11 Feb, went from 10 to 70% plus cognitive disorder at 10%, curent SC disability is 80%. I was prompted by my DAV rep to file for IU due to the severity of the disability and because I am currrently unemployed due to the disability. All of my C&P exams were conducted between June-Aug of 2010 which resulted in my current rating. Will I have to do the C&P exams all over again to prove IU?

Has Anyone Sued A Qtc Doctor?
I finally took the time to read my C&P Physical that a "doctor" from QTC performed. I will wait for my rating before I take any action because I have been waiting since the dawn of time. I was rated 20% for DMII, but appealed stating that they did not take into consideration my other medical issues that could be related to DMII. According to the worksheet I was suppose to get an eye examination by a professional. The exam consisted of a chart on the wall. I could barely make out the biggest letter. No other test for eye disease was conducted, but I have perfect vision now. I had ask the Doctor if he was going to exam my Back, and he said on what is on the works…

ptsd C And P For Ptsd-Triggers
I was given a C and P exam for PTSD due to MST. My question is in most MST cases, are C and P's scheduled after stressors have been conceded? My examiner stated "After reading the C-folder, the electronic medical records, and the medical literature it is reasonable to conclude that the veterans allegations of manifesting PTSD as a result of sexual abuse (victim) are considered credible and the PTSD in question is fully linked to the service. The conclusions of these reports are based purely on the veterans allegations. This examiner does not have independent verifiable information as the veteran never reported the incident" If my stressors have been conceded, they d…

C & P Exam
I have 2 SC disabilities that are rated at 0%. Went and got a copy of the exam and was denied again. The PA doing the exam stated it was her first one and acted like it. Put things in there like that could have caused the problems but there was no record of those causes. She listed two things that sounded like it was information from the internet. She listed "UPDATE" and "Healthy People 2010". She left out the test "that she ordered" that indicated a tilt of the right hip causing the limp thus the back pain. I plan to appeal but I'm getting tired of those folks who say they are here to help you. Plan to tell my wife to put APPEAL for the headstone. (just kidding).

tdiu C&p Doctor Lied......now What?
I recently posted the same topic a few weeks ago, but I wanted to start a new one with some updates and get some opinions on what to do. Here we go......... I filed for TDIU in October after I was medically retired from my Government job due to my service connected disability. I had 3 neurosurgeons, a spine specialist, and my pain doc all recommend my retirement to my service connected condition getting worse and is now considered "inoperable" due to the high risk of the surgery. I had a C&P exam in November at the VA and when I went in the doctor asked me if I knew why I was here and I stated because I filed for TDIU, he said that is correct and read of…

tdiu C&p Exam
Hi everyone, need a little help on this one! I was recently medically retired from my federal job due to my service connected injury getting worse. So, I filed for TDIU and I had my C&P in Nov and in Dec I went and got a copy of my medical records to see what the doc wrote on my C&P, because I felt the C&P was not thorough. After reading my C&P I noticed the doctor had put several things in there that one he did not even examine me on and two he lied on the other things. I had 3 neurosurgeons and 1 spine specialist all say different things than this C&P doc. I have the evidence I need to prove this doc either lied or did not examine me properly. What c…

Cervical Djd, Ddd, Radiculopathy
I was trying to put off my surgery until after my C&P for my neck but my symptoms were getting worse and the surgeon advised getting it done ASAP. Figures my notice for the C&P shows up days before I go in to get 3 vertebraes fused. Surgery went well, Doc told my wife and I that it was much worse than the MRI's were showing and that it was a damn good thing that I had it done when I did. That was 3 weeks ago, most of my symptoms are still present and a little worse than before but I am having an easier time telling the difference between hot and cold with my hands. Some of the pain in my right shoulder is gone but now I have the sharp pains in my left. My…
