3. ptsd TDIU & PTSD

   I am submitting a claim for 3 conditions not claimed before, and TDIU due to worsening PTSD & back symptoms. I'm 80% now (70 PTSD +20 back +10 sciatic nerve). I read somewhere on this site recently (but can't find it now) where someone in a similar situation said they were awarded TDIU in a short time, and the award letter said that made the rest of their claim moot (no action taken on other claims). Does that make sense or did I dream that?

4. ptsd Tdiu Pt But Working On Ss & Fers Claims

   Hello all and this is my first post on HADIT.COM. Please bear with me as I learn the ropes around here. My situation is a bit bass ackwards from what most of the posts I have read on this subject since my IU claim with the VA processed faster than my OPM or SS Claims. The friday prior to Memorial Day I was informed that the VA fully developed IU claim I submitted on 01/21/2015 had veen approved at 90% but uped to IU for 100% P&T. 5. Jumping the Gun...

   I am probably mistaken and this is just a coincidence. I am at 80%, and I have a claim that could put me at 90% and remotely 100%. My claim "did" say estimated completion for 2016, then it jumped to December of 2015. Now it states no estimation of completion at the local RO level. I sent in an iris inquiry and have not heard back yet, that was about a week and half ago. Yesterday I received a letter from the VA for Chapter 35 education benefits form 22-5490 (which I do have kids, one just turning 18...) From what I have read, only 100%ers get this benefit... maybe... maybe... Christmas bonus? I am sure I am just getting this letter as a general inquiry...

6. VA Form 21-4192

   Today, November 9, 2015 I received VA Form 21-4192 in the mail. It says it was mailed out October 30, 2015 from Philadelphia Regional Office. It does not take over 1 week for mail from Philly to get to my apartment. But I guess VA mail does.

7. VA Form 21-4192 and self employed

   Searching history for previous answers is not working right now. Do I fill this out for the VA to send me another form as the employer? Do I then fill it out for myself? It's required so I don't want my application kicked back for lack of including it.

   Hello my husband is rated 70% currently for major depressive disorder and panic disorder without agoraphobia (claimed as depression) 50% since 03/2010 tinea versicolor (claimed as skin condition) 30% since 03/2010, proposed to reduced to 0% residuals, left hand injury with degenerative arthritis of pinky finger metacarpocarpal joint 10% since 03/2010 intermittent vertigo 0% since 03/2010 ganglion cyst, dorsum of left wrist 10% since 03/2010 we received a letter from the VA saying they proposed to reduce his rating from 70% to 60%, because he had a C&P and the examiner just looked at his back for 2 seconds and said he is clear of his versicolor and the exam …

9. Receive SSA for PTSD denied IU

   My husband is retired and is currently receiving SS disability for his PTSD/MDD/TBI/headaches. Applied for IU and it was denied. I don't understand how the IU was denied when he can't work and was found unemployable by Social Security for his service connected disabilities? VA's denial letter did not reflect SSA documents that were sent in. My husband was found unfit for active-duty. He went before a PEB but because he was retirement eligible they did not approve a med retirement. VA awarded him PTST/MDD/TBI 50% and 30 for headaches and a few other issues for combine rate of 90. Any advice for IU appeal?

10. Surfslammer

    Ok call me impatient but I just signed on to the E-Benefits to check my status of my claim and it shows completed, I thought that all went well with my c&p exams so am waiting for my decision letter which should come in the mail in a few days. What is bothering me is that there is a "view appeal status" of to the right this makes me think that I wasn't granted my TDUI should I be worried? This is my first post and just noticed pay grade E-2 lol not in many years actually I'm E-6 retired.

12. IU Retro Questions

    Sooo...back in Febuary of 2015 I filed for IU along with an increase. At the time of filing I did not yet qualify for IU without extra scheduler consideration, however I had been fired from my job December of 2014 for schedual adherance issues related to heath issues (ie my panic disorder). I was working at home for an online company and I was not able to get them to fill out the 21-4192 because they outsourced the filling out of all documents for the company. 13. tdiu TDIU and SSDI

    I will explain what happen to me while on P&T TDIU. I applied for SSDI and had to go to the judge for a ruling. Before entering the court room, I asked lady working the desk if TDIU rating be used in a SSDI claim. I was told no because VA has a different system then them. I was ready to argue that my VA rating of P&T TDIU should be used as medical evidence to determine if my combined disabilities are sever enough to qualify me for SSDI. I also was going to argue that VA Doctors do not determine if you are too disabled to work because VA have a separate system to evaluate who is unemployable due to combined SC disability called TDIU.
