QTC form of questions for tbi C&P by a Psychologist
Greetings, Instead of dbq style questions a 'VA' MD might ask, I was told to prepare for open descriptions of my symptoms for the 'QTC' Psychiatrist. In TBI, all the secondaries are all knotted up like a fist so I don't know how to generally prepare for something as complex as that: mixing in Maslow's 'Hierarchy of Needs' for motivations. DBQ's are simpler, as is following along the TBI schedule form questionnaire. Does anyone have any clue as what to expect? My previous QTC PhD C&P was a bomb for Anxiety, because when I went "Duh", it was interpreted as it never happened: no matter that all my paperwork explained it thoroughly and was handed to her. An…

ptsd Question for TBI Brain-trust
OK, I recently got a tbi Nexus with all the secondaries - headaches, Meniere's, vertigo, sa, ... (also w/an IMO for GAD and Depression) including some earlier claims I failed at proving alone, like SA and GAD (non-combat ptsd.) I NODed SA and GAD since the one year mark arrived, and my new TBI claim with secondaries and TDIU (simultaineously) is about ready to enter the system (since April 2016), which is why I did not pursue the SA and GAD claims alone. I have a reputable lawyer firm wanting information about my GAD (70%) which I just filled out a NOD for. It really is a secondary off my TBI, so I don't know if I pursue it, will it just slow my TBI with secondaries …

ptsd So what I though was right about the C&P
I had a TBI C&P around the end of August this year and it was outsourced though MSLA. The C&P exam was extremely short, roughly around 10 minutes maybe less. I felt that the examiner basically shat on me. I picked up my C&P report at the VA Hospital through ROI yesterday. The TBI C&P exam report was a joke, he marked down NO on everything!!!!!! I have attached the report of the exam.... Opinions and help is VERY welcome! I feel so defeated...... However the PTSD C&P exam report looks to be favorable but who knows at this point..... SMFH! *See post below for C&P exam report*

TBI and allergic to most drugs
Do you have to do TBI and mental health drugs to get rated over 30% if you have a current nexus (100%) and IMO (70%)? I am chemically sensitive 1/8 Cherokee Indian as 20% of you may be. I refuse to be a dead lab-rat for drug companies. I just have done the mildest dose (10 mg) of the mildest anxiety drug flouxetine, and had internal bleeding, open sores due to Sun exposure (!!), intoxication, and bowel/bladder elimination restrictions (in 4 days.) So now they want to try some other unproven drug for sleep: an SSRI which is an internal organ killer - suicide, kidneys, liver, heart, seizures? What the hell, it's not their body and they get paid by the drug compani…

Tbi Re-Examination?
Has anyone had a TBI re-examination or has heard of whats going on? (my VARO is Saint Paul, MN) 1. I claimed Closed Head Injury to include scar (DC 7800) in 2004. It was processed under BDD in San Deigo. DENIED 2. In 2012 I requested to reopen the exam because I had found some STR's which proved the incident occurred (the Marine Corps lost my STR's during my deployment). The incident was non-combat. I was given a TBI exam by a NP at the Minneapolis VAMC and DC changed under 8045. DENIED. 3. June 2015 I get a call from the St. Cloud VAMC for a C&P exam. I assume its for my skin condition because I had a follow-up exam because they didn't make it static. Was…

Non-Combat Related Tbi
I'm looking for some guidance on how I should be handling my claim. I was in the Navy from 91-94, and was struck in the head with a deck hatch. I was stunned, with possible brief loss on conciousness, brief period of amnesia, headache, and disorientation. I was taken to the local Naval hospital to be checked out, and eventually sent home after nothing showed on the X-ray. Afterward, I suffered from tinnitus, constant headaches, problems with memory and attention, and just over-all thought clarity. Being the typical military guy, I didn't seek help for the headaches or other problems, but definitely showed signs of a problem later. I didn't seek help from the VA u…
