REPS benefit for some widows/widowers
I am bumping up this link because the VA web site still has the Application for this benefit, which might no longer be part of the 21-534 as it was when I filled this app out in 1995:

Does this look like Agent Orange in Thailand?
For Thai Vets, who the VA finally acknowledged were exposed to "tactical defoliants from Vietnam", code for Agent Orange since DoD denied for decades Agent Orange was used in Thailand. BUT ONLY ON THE PERIMETERS. For those of you who have seen it freshly sprayed a few days or weeks later, take a look at these 2 short Military Videos shot at U-Tapeo RFAFB. The first was shot in 1969 showing from the air, the new automated dining hall directly on the flight line. If you read the description by the website, criticatpast.com you will see they refer to "red clay" and when you look at the 90 sec clip or whatever it looks like entire area is red clay soil. The second video s…

VA LIARS
I have found that the VA has had evidence decades before they say they knew. They have been deceiving us, Liang to us, and depriving due benefits for 5 decades at least, and me personally for 46 years. They are dishonest and deceptive, and have been the root cause of Veterans suffering to death, needlessly. Over 300,000 and it's probably double that at least. Your claims are delayed to deceive you and delay you, nothing more. NOTHING MORE. My claim went from the crooks in St. Louis, to the lazy jerks in Atlanta, to to numb nuts in Nebraska, to the warped minds in Waco, TX, before determining that the month I was hospitalized in Vietnam did little to nothing. Since July I …

Blue Water Navy update
http://www.disabledveterans.org/2017/01/23/new-fix-proposed-agent-orange-problem/ John Wells , mentioned in the article and John Rossie ( BWNVVA) have been fairly recent guests at the Blog radio shows, and explained more about this proposed "fix" to BWN situation for Navy vets who might have been potentially exposed to AO. Of course I am wondering if Nehmer would kick in for them, because the AO came directly from incountry Vietnam. But we just need to wait and see how this all plays out.

agent orange Alaska
My husband was stationed at Fort Wainwright Alaska. The Haines Fairbank pipeline was sprayed with agent orange according to my research. Letters were written from US Army to Canadian officials asking permission to spray pipeline that ran through Canada. We have filed a claim but I feel it is going to be denied because no claims have been won for Alaska. These letters surfaced late in 2002 according to DEC. I really need a copy of these letters. Does anyone out there know how to go about this. I have contacted DEC by phone but my call has not been returned. Any help????? By the way, my husband has ischemic heart disease, Parkinsonism Symptoms, and peripheral neuro…

AO USAF andTon Son Nhut
AO USAF Thailand -Ton Son Nhut This follows the topic below http://community.hadit.com/topic/68442-cck-uncovers-memo-used-by-va-to-wrongly-deny-ao-claims-of-thailand-veterans/ Many vets who went to Thailand, actually had Vietnam stop overs. This case is so significant I linked it to the other post but it bears repeating. I bet MANY vets had boots on ground stop overs in Ton Son Nhut for refueling etc etc but never remembered it. And it might never be in their 201 Destination and Arrival records. Apparently the “archivist” in the Memo in the post here this AM was sure not the same archivist who provided the BS Mem…

CCK UNCOVERS MEMO USED BY VA TO WRONGLY DENY AO CLAIMS OF THAILAND VETERANS.
Good Evening Ms. Berta and Hadit Veterans members: Sharing three PDFs uploads that I believe all VARO’s DO NOT WANT VETERANS to SEE. I hope the files encourage Veterans to never stop fighting to SC herbicide used outside Vietnam (Korea DMZ, Fort McClellan, Okinawa, Johnston Island, Thailand, other CONUS bases. Some herbicide exposure claims can be a quick and easy to win; but many will take several years to win. I’ve always believed VA is our worst enemy AFTER discharge, upon return to civilian life, working with physical injuries, and diseases associated to herbicides (Tordon 101, Rainbow Agents Orange, Blue, White, Purple, TCDD, PCBs). Whenever, the Veteran…
