Funny I was allowed worried about this when then made me tdiu P and T in 2016 and then 1 year later made me 100% scheduled p and T by continuing to fight bc of Hadit. Even here my fights never over it was a fight then to get family VAchamp then life insurance in case I die.... never stop going until your dead

All of those numbers are BS. They will come and past and drive you crazy even with a hardship on top of it being designated a CUE claim proven after their fault in 2016 so obviously It still happens...

I also agree and want to add if your filing a DRO review that’s what you want to bring to the review as evidence this is what I did. And doing this with the DRO and my attorney when we suggested CUE to her she agreed and she actually handed my cue case to the BVA in a manner of speaking for a decision in four months and yes it can happen in Philly which is where my DRO review happened and Cue claim decided in under a year... obviously my claim was sooo xxxxxx they saw and wanted to fix it even the VA makes mistakes I don’t hold harsh feelings anymore four later now that is lol

Let me just say my wordd take it anyway you want. So here it is I’m not sure exactly the details of your claims or your grants just the denied and or didn’t process. What was the P and T awarded on? If you have the evidence don’t be scared to file an appeal whats the worse thing that can happen like in my case. I had to do 3 TBI residuals reviews in 1 year. And every time they agreed it was dumb nothing changed from a few months ago but the VA likes to combine issues without saying why and you can fight like I did for 3 years and never get them separated, ie.. ptsd and TBI separately rated. Trying to stay on topic so if you have no fear of something getting lowered like there’s no way in He double hockey stick that it’s gunna happen then do it. Your other option and there is one only and it sucks and takes forever mine took about 2 years and that was only after having a hardship flagged on my claim so not a quick turn around I don’t care how stuffs moving these days VA never wants to hear CUE claim. Which is the only option for an appeal when the time lapse window closed but then you have to prove they committed a “clear unmistakable error” but low balling you isn’t one but if you filed for “These issues and the four were Not included in the decision later I’d say you have a claim since the issues were never adjudicated. Sorry if that’s a-little confusing I just don’t know what the claims filed were listed in the decision and what was actually filed for hopefully this makes sense if not just respond...

I don’t believe so I mean it has to deal with your civilian employment not your military history. I was receiving unemployment while I was rated at 90% because I was laid off due issues relating from my disability that they said was because it was the company was downsizing so as not to be brought into a lawsuit.

I was saying it’s not ok to charge 10k I don’t care if I can walk on water the rest of my life that’s ten grand better spent to my kids but I figure 500 bucks beats going to another 3 C and P examinations who have no relationship with me ask me about a TBI from a decade ago. Then to just go out get this assessment, I even used it for my SSDI claim that went to a hearing and won with that same assessment, so that 500 bucks was well spent then to be harassed over and over from SSA experts over the phone in a hearing...

Your paying for them to review all of your medical evidence and state their opinion and they have their license. Your a random person in need of evidence it not their job to take hours to go over your records and give an educated doctors opinion... 10k is way to much I agree

I think 500 for a vocation assessment and or doctors opinion isn’t the far off. I paid 500 for one after one person tried to charge me 10k because it was sTBI and knew I had years of retro l obviously didn’t pay the 10k and he missed out on a dime...

Like calling the office case management a year after all the help they gave me. If it wasn’t for them I’d still be lost in a stack of papers under a desk in The middle of the jungle... if it works fix it and when it’s broken it’s ok let it go the VA motto

Not sure I know I was finally treated with sleep apnea at my local VA hospital given a cpap machine and told I have a circadium rhythm issue preventing me from grave yard shift and sleeping during the day so I tried and I would spend 3 to 4 days up straight every other week for four months before I had to give it up the shift. But my case isn’t yours I have lumped in with my sTBI residuals sleep disturbances and insomnia which would probably make it impossible to try and separate sleep apnea since I have 3 other issues connected with the TBI. But barring you don’t have anything else related to sleep apnea or anything you could claim as secondary with already other issues tied to it I don’t see why not.... sorry if thats confusing ask if you want anything else clarified

I know that’s 50% isn’t perfect I was given 0% for 8 years before they finally have me 50% separated from my TBI residuals. Has it always been 50 or was it 0 to start then increased to 50%?

I guess it could be worse we could see a suspense date that passes like it always does and then ask why....

So I know I’ve been hearing Internet explorer browser is going to be obsolete next year. I’ve noticed the change on many sites but can’t for the life figure out why? I’ve never in decades used anything but IE... guess it’s like Ebenefits change to the new Va.gov

Yes it’s normal and if you have copies of the actual records for issues you filed may help I always took in the records for the doctor to see. That way when their doctor at the RO does the exam he can review it. He may or may not have looked at your file this is one way for stuff to get not to get lost in the sauce of the disability blackhole.... might be me just being paranoid but I’ve heard to many stories about being submitting stuff and being lost but this isn’t to say it will happen to you just giving you a tip. Also even after the exams it’s not unheard of to be called into another exam if conditions are intertwined or so they can clarify If they can separate issues...

0-100 eligible January 1 2020. So their is no reason to give P an T military ids now just show your VA ID with rating and there’s access to base. Am I missing something....now you don’t need to be p and t anymore ALL Veterans Honorable discharge can use the online px shop....
