    Hi mine went from pending notification to gathering evidence but I've learned from hadit that this is a good sign that they're reviewing my C&P results. No call from VA on potential fiduciary home visit yet.

    Thanks! I'm finally on ebenefits. My claim went from pending notification to gathering evidence on 08/07 but I know from had it that that's a good sign. They are reviewing my C&P results I assume.

    You're 100% P&t so why not just get treated for those conditions?

    My entire morning has been pain paranoia and anxiety. I'm on Seertraline (Zoloft) and Ability. Any other suggestions this is misery.

    Now I get it. I've been trying foreign words. I'll go right there and try.

    I've never been able to get on ebenefits. It always says my password is unacceptable.

    I might end up with a fiduciary. Sounds like a VA Social Worker might be the best way to go. I am real bad with money.

    I wear the same outfit almost everyday but I wash it everyday to.

    I was at the VA. I'm sure everything is electronic now. It's a waiting game again . Anxious about getting the C+P done now anxious about final decision.

    My C+P doc recommended 100% for PTSD due to MST. But I just read a post where a vet was recommended 100% but VARO knocked it down to 50%. What % of the time does VARO go with C+P results?

    It sounds like you'll get service connection but without the C+P report not much more info to give.

    My C+P just came in recommending 100% as well. I'm also nervous about getting 100% temp. If I'm out of the work force that long will I be able to get a job in 5 years if downgraded when the review comes in?

    You can request a change of Psychiatrist. I did it with my PCP.

    They lost my service record.

    I thought student loans were only discharged if you are SSDI disabled. A VA 100% is good enough or does it have to be 100% P+T?
