    Thanks for the website info. Things have been going well but on wait list for some treatment at VA and one group my Social Worker recommended rejected me due to my anger issues.

    I have been in the psych ward numerous times. The VA Psych Ward in Albuquerque is not bad, it's not the end of the world to check in and get stable.

    Turn in any buddy statements, work discipline issues, legal issues to support your claim.

    Maybe setting up autopsy for bills, a budget, and being aware of your financial situation will make them waive the fiduciary

    Can I collect SSDI and my long term disability insurance??? Or does the LTD insurance count as income??

    They must be to be done so quick. I have had great luck with the VA. Good mental health and the regional office was always helpful.

    My mom might be my fiduciary. Effective date August 01 2013. SSDI is next along with state benefits, commissary, etc.

    I am considered 100% disabled with a proposal of incompetency. This not only limits my financial control but my right to own a firearm. I am relieved that financially I'll be ok but it is weird to see the government saying that you are completely disabled. Proposed review in 2019. Thanks to all at hadit.com

    Sounds like you have built a strong case from your end. Maybe an IMO or buddy letters saying how your physical disability effects you

    Just a thought. If you explain that due to your sc you only feel comfortable working in a certain environment that involves getting a graduate degree they may be more likely to approve it???

    A lot of people who're 100% manage their own finances so it's not automatic that you get a fiduciary at 100%.

    The examiners are professionals that do this every day. If they sense dishonesty you're done. Best just to be yourself but that doesn't mean hide your symptoms.
