Contact the Homeless Veteran Coordinator. There is one located at the hospital and at the Regional Office. When you send in any correspondence put ****HOMELESS**** on the top. Your claim will move faster this way than filing a hardship. Homeless veterans are tracked by the Central Office in Washington.

You must file a claim for "depresson secondary to foot condition". You claim must state that it is a secondary condition. You can file the claim ASAP.
