tdiu Va Ordering Of Ssa Records For Tdiu
I HAVE A CLAIM IN APPEAL (NOD). I HAVE REPEATELY INFORMED THE DRO THROUGH MY PERSONAL HEARING AND THROUGH MY VSO THAT I RECIEVE SSD FOR MY CLAIMED DISABILITIES AND THROUGH FILING FOR TDIU. SO EVERYONE IS AWARE OF THIS AS I HAVE A COPY OF MY HEARING TRANSCRIPT AND IT IS THERE. MY QUESTION IS WAS I TO SIGN A AUTHORIZATION FORM AUTHORIZING VA TO OBTAIN MY SSD RECORDS? OR DO THE TWO FEDERAL GOVT. AGENCY"S DO THIS WITHOUT A SIGNED FORM FROM ME? I BELIEVE THE DRO IS PURPOSELY STALLING ON THE DEVELOPEMENT OF MY CLAIM (VA LOST ALL MY SERVICE MEDICAL RECORDS) AS NO ONE HAS ASKED ME FOR THIS FORM, AND IT TOOK 2 YEARS TO GET A C&P EXAM, AND 18 MONTHS FOR A HEARING. IF I NEED TO …

ptsd Mental Health
I have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia/Depressed, Schizophrenia, MajorDepresiveDisorder, and PTSD. I have never filed any claim for this with the VA. I was released from the Army in Nov 14, 1984. I first contacted VA clinic concerning my mental issues in 1988. After that, I surrender to drugs and alcohol to cope with that as well as my physical disabilities. I have been attending the clinic on and off since then. I've been hospitalized for it a couple of times and, I am currently under medications. Seroquel, Remorone. I was a paratrooper and in the graduation jump there was an incident in which two guys collided in mid air and plunged to the ground leaving them death or…

Right Ear Tinitus
Back in Apr 1984 while at Ft. Bragg, NC., I developed an ear pain that almost busted my ear drum. After a few years I developed this ringing in my ears and was told by the doctor that there is no medication and no cure for this. I let it go and continue to live with this situation and got somewhat use to it. later in years it started to bother me to the point of not being able to sleep. I spoke to an Army friend which told me that I can file for compensation with the VA. I file my claim in Sept. 2009 and was denied. I appeal it and, I am waiting for their decision. What are my chances of getting any compensation since the only proof I have is the medical report from …

ebenefits Preparation For Decision
It feels a little like success. Filed initial claim 1 Mar 11, checked e-bene today and the status changed from "review of evidence" to "preparation for decision. I'm just happy to see some movement, should I expect another long wait before things advance again? I really hadn't expected to see any movement or hear anything prior to the 1 year mark and I think perhaps I should stick with that premise, just wanted to get a few opinions. Shock

Should I Feel Bad
Should I feel bad about getting discounts and applying forprograms? I’m in my earlier 30’s and if you look at me you may notthink that I have a disability. I am a mom of 2 and I am now rated at 60% andeven when my payments start coming. Funds will still be very tight and we needall the monies we can get. I see that I may be entitled to discounts very similarto seniors or people that have visible physical disabilities. Should I feel badfor taken them?
