Gulf War Syndrome/illness
Can anyone give me a quick idea of what establishment of GWS/I would mean in regard to my disability rating. I hopeful to connect fibromyalgia and IBS. I never put the issues together until recently after reading several items. I intend to file this new claim as quickly as possible. Luckily I have had the same PCP for the last 5-6 years and he has been aware of the individual issues. I appreciate any info and guidance any of you can forward. Thanks for the help.

Refuse Treatment To A Patient At Va
Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this but I have two questions. First is about blood pressure ratings. I am SC'd for High blood pressure at 10 percent, today I went to the VA for an appointment that was supposed to have been about seeing the pain physcologist, headaches and muscle spasm/pains. So my blood pressure was 174/124 and like 5 mins later 164/117. I have a print out of a lot of my VA blood pressure readings and they seem to be about 160/110 over about 4 years. Blood pressure is SC'd is that high enough for the increase? Not that I want that, I only want my BP lowered but I need to do something now. Second. Because I told my VA PCP I do not want t…

Va Math
currently I am rated at 82 paid at 80 %, and have a couple of 10%'s pending that would push me to 86% paid at 90%. Here is the Question I have a sleep Apnea claim they have denied that would pay at 50% if I pay for an IMO, if I had a combined rating of 86% and add a 50% it falls short of 95% or would the VA pay 100% sense 90 plus a 50 nets 100. Should I pay for IMO? Any advice with the NUMBERS?

tdiu Have I Messed Up My Claim And Subsequent Rating?
I would appreciate anyone's help and insight with regard to something that I think may have messed up my claim. I am just not sure. I have been rated at 60% for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 18 years. I had been on a reduced work schedule at work for about 20 years. My symptoms have gotten worse and I could no longer perform my job satisfactorily. My hours were changed, my responsibilities changed, and the stress was unmanageable. Since I was working with accounts involving money and experience the brain fog, etc, I retired. My son, turned 18, in 2010 and I did not submit any paperwork to keep up the benefit for him while he finished high school. I didn't do t…

If I Go Off Of Anxiety Medication Do I Have To Report This To The Va To Adjust My Disability Rating?
Hi, Right now I'm 30% for generalized anxiety disorder. My question is...I plan on trying to get off my medication soon, I slowly keep getting it reduced. If I go off my anxiety medication but still see the Therapist will I have to report this to the va so they don't overpay me. This should effect my rating right? I will still be going to the therapist just won't be on meds, so will I go from 30% to 10% for not being on meds anymore. I've been 30% since 2006 and on meds. Please let me know little confused how this works, thanks
