What exactly does this mean can I appeal this? Should I write a letter to the VA regarding this stating my case of competency? Will I get my monthly comp withheld ? also on the last page it states " TO make a determination of incompetency for VA purposes". Will i get money at all during this stage?

ptsd Authorization Process
Hi all, I got a call yesterday from my VARO requesting the verification of two of the three dependents; she said that she had two of the SSN's mixed up, and told me the SSN's which were correct. I told her that I would have to call back after I asked my wife where they were. So, I call my VA to verify that the call was legit, it was. Now this morning at 06:40 the phone rings, so my wife answers, hands me the phone, and it's the VA wanting to verify the SSN's and DOB's on my dependents. After I did that she asked if I wanted to know the decision...I said well, yeah that would be nice...50% for PTSD and that they had given me TDIU with insurance and education benefits,…

Va Disability Compensation Is A Constitutional Right
http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseacti...ideoID=63954942 In a recent ruling (which I posted of earlier in another area of the forum here), a federal court ruled that a veteran has a 5th Amendment property right to disability compensation claims. I discuss this ruling and much more in this interview I did; things that include the failures of the VA claims process and other inherent problems found within the VA. Take a peak and let me know what you think! Thanks! One vet helping another vet...all for one, and one for all! Troy Spurlock

I also contracted Lyme disease also documented a couple of weeks before discharge. I also visited sick call in 1997 for shortness of breath, and dysphagea described as (lump in throat). It was also noted in my C+P exam though not filed on when I came out.
