Submitting a DBQ for increase
When I submit my DBQ for an increase on an already SC'd condition and include diagnostic testing and diagnostic imaging to back up the reason for the increase, do I need to send all of my records from that private docs office? If I don't send all my records, will the rater request all my records anyway? I just don't want to slow my claim down or send useless info if this is not even going to come into play for the increase. I've been told just send enough info to help the rater make a decision on the claim, and not to over do it and piss the rater off, or make it more difficult for the rater and cause them to accidentally misplace info. Thanks

Just a rant...for what it's worth
Veterans are informed that there is a penalty of prosecution for making false statements to obtain VA benefits. I have personally experienced bad C&P examiners who intentionally falsified information on my DBQs with no threat of prosecution by the government. It's just business as usual to them.

C&P seperation
So should have guessed instead of seperating the issues like the doctor opined they are requesting another exam until the doctor gives something in their favor I'm sure. I called Peggy she said they are requesting another TBI review I said I just had one in December when they granted me IU he opined that i had not mental issues related to my TBI not to mention they made me Permanent and Total for my TBI residual with no future exams. I gues C&Ps for related to other claims aren't considered for my TBI?

Still Waiting To Be Scheduled
Hello All, I have a claim that shows "Need From Others" Va Facility, according to Ebennie, which I've read that it means the Va is trying to schedule a C&P exam. Back in March, the VA supposedly was to schedule me a C&P exam between March 1-31, to no avail. So they extend the date to April 30, to no avail. Then, it was extended again until May 18, to no avail. Can someone please tell me WTH is going on?

PTSD C&P
I was a USMC door gunner in Iraq and have been rated at 30% for PTSD after a MAYBE 15 minute interview last year at the VA. My rep advised me not to appeal but to ask them to reconsider the rating. I was scheduled within 2-3 weeks for another C&P Exam and I went there yesterday in Myrtle Beach SC. WOW what a different interview.. this was very intense and lasted the entire hour. Was emotional at times and he asked a lot of questions. But when he looked up at the clock, while I was talking, he said well our time is about up and I think I have all the info I need to make a good decision. I felt like we still had lots to talk about but it was over. OH WELL... wait a…

C&P Exam for 100% rated
I'm rated 100% scheduler for 2 years. My ratings letter advises i'm not P&T due to one item (Planter Fasciti)s possibly improving. Irony is even without that rating i would still be 100%. My ratings added are over 300% combined. I'm 55, on SSDI for service connected disabilities and unable to work. I recently (last week) did a C&P exam to check this item. Checking the benefits website it is in gathering evidence stage. I did not question the exam, thinking that maybe it will (after being reduced or remaining same) assist with my case being changed to P&T by rating officer. Question: Should I upload to the claim, a statement the rating should not be…

Some exams are just for the fun of it for VA. I am getting sooooooooooooooooooooo frustrated right now I can just scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put in claim for anxiety and another claim for Ptsd (didnt know they rated under one) ONLY after speaking with VA psychologist the first time. He eventually recommended me to speak with VA Psychiatrist for medicines to help me. Now i am seeing both of them I personally sent in my medical records with dates and hospital stay of stressor/ Buddy statements, etc. Went for exam with contractor. Spent 2 hours with him, he stated that he couldnt decide if I suffered from Ptsd with anxiety disorder and depressi…

DBQ Chronic Adjustment disorder
Well not to sure how this will pan out any ideas? Will they finally seperate my PTSD/ AD from my TBI maybe maybe not ones getting a call to the complaint line if not? I was just found Permanent and total two days ago with this claim still pending I'm still awaiting the award letter. I'm hoping this won't hurt my PT due that I know it's based on my residuals of my TBI. Does anyone know how this might be rated? If it could tip in my favor and not be lumped in with my TBI much like my PTSD symptom?

C&P Bad? Sleep apnea secondary to PTSD
Looking to get some advice on my current situation and the outcome of my C&P exam. I was seeking to do this claim by myself for sleep apnea as secondary to ptsd but it appears I will most likely fall short. Finding individuals who are well versed on the inner workings of the VA and claim process has been relatively hard for me. Im not sure where to go or what to do so I will give yall a brief rundown to help clarify my situtation. I was medically discharged on June 6 2014 for Chronic PTSD with depressed mood and sleep impairment as well as TBI. I was put on TDRL until 02/23/2016 when I was approved for PDRL. In addition to PDRL I was approved and appointed a ca…
