    It sounds like you are struggling quite a bit more than a 10% rating from your post. I also get the sense from your post that you downplay/avoid talking about your symptoms and stressors which is common among veterans.

    My LTD was denied because PTSD was a " pre-existing" condition that a "reasonable person" would have sought treatment for earlier. Filing for P and T is risky in most cases. But it may be an option for you.

    50% is my guess although 70 seems reasonable.

    They aren't going to reduce your benefit if they rule against sc I wouldn't think so why not. Although you may want to establish a linked diagnosis through the VA first.

    Ebenefits is messed up for me right now too. I think ebenefits is a tool usedd by the VA to test our patience!

    Field Visit on Monday at 1000.

    What's done is done. Make sure you feel comfortable with your VA treatment team and make sure you stay in charge of your own claim. No one is going to take care of your claim as good as you will. The biggest regret I have is not filing for my secondary conditions when I filed my PTSD claim.

    They told me today that they might do supervised directcpay instead of a fiduciary. There going to do a Field visit to my house then decide.

    Good luck. Has anyone successfully service connected PCB exposure before in similar circumstances to yours?

    I could never figure out why my C and P examiner threw out my MMPI-2 scores. But I think I figured it out. I have dyslexia and the test is filled with double negative questions. I had a headache after the test in an already stressful situation. If you have dyslexia beware of the MMPI-2.
