    I know IBD has been successfully argued as secondary to PTSD due to MST. Are you in the HUD/VASH program at the VA for homelessness?

    Sounds like you came prepared for the C and P which is always what folks on hadit say to do. Make it easy for them to say yes to your claim.

    I know it's said a lot here but I'm sorry for what you're going through. I had a complicated case and my exam was nearly 4 hours. They should not have scheduled a C and P with a doc that had to run off and run a group.

    I would think a good self defense class might be viewed as good therapy depending on if your SErvice Connection is tied to mental health.

    The DAV sent me a letter saying "The claimant is not competent to handle disbursement of funds" I'm OK with this cause it's true. But a new claim has also been opened in ebenefits in the predetermination phase. Since I have no open claims I don't understand what this means. I know many people warn against fiduciaries but it will be my mom and I have many financial problems.

    I doubt it will be the Doc you are currently seeing.

    I have heard long my exams are a bad sign, but mine was nearly 4 hours and I was awarded 100%.

    I go to VA PT for a bad back and legs. They are great. Albuquerque VA btw.

    They put me at 100% on my initial claim. As far a as relief from Brady Act I suspect they would revview your suicidal ideation and homicidal ideation.

    I'm Facing the same thing there at prep for decision on whether I get a fiduciary.

    No matter what happens with your claim you served honorably...nothing takes that away.

    Questionnaire is done in the mail tomorrow. Due date of November 13, they don't give you much time.
