Question
MrVet0714
So - I have the same issue, but didnt realize it like you all did. I only log in once a week. Yesterday I received a lump sum deposit, and after 16 years of going back and fourth with the VA I logged in and noticed my HLR is in the same exact spot as the original post.
I also noticed on my disabilities section I was rated at 100% finally, and that my benefits letter said the same, but I also have this error thing. I wonder if I should worry or not, being that they deposited a lump sum that goes back over 1.5 years.

Independent medical opinion. It just means the doctor gave their opinion on your condition.
