Claim Moved From Philadelphia To Winston Salem
I separated from the Marine Corps on 25 Jan 2012 and I applied for the BDD program. I applied for the program on Nov 3, 2011, finished my C&P Exams on 21 Dec 2011, and moved to Decision stage on 16 Jan 2012 all in Philadelphia VARO. I received a call from the Philadelphia VARO today in regards to my claim. They told me that everything has been forwarded to the Winston Salem VARO due to the BDD. I looked on eBenefits today and it now shows me back in the development stage. What's the deal?

Call From Peggy! Her Name Was Actually "peggy"
Peggy really did not have much to tell me except speculation on her part. But, from what I was understanding, the VA still has my 2/16/2010 claim under "review". Once they complete that, than they will move to my appeals and complete those. So, once they deny the 2/16/2010 claim, they will wait for me to appeal, and then they will work out all the appeals. God Help Me. Papa

tdiu Put To Many Issues On One Claim?
The below claim was submitted on 2-16-2010. I had a C&P exam around June 2010 (it was a joke). Currently, in Ebenefits it shows that it is in "Gathering Evidence" stage. I did submit a form that I had no more evidence with return receipt. Could the VA be looking for more evidence to deny my claim? Just hard to understand why it is taking so long. My hobby is getting boring. Papa mitral sclerosis (Secondary), left atrium enlarged (Secondary), aortic root dilated (Secondary), multi risk factors for CAD (Secondary), hyperlipidemia (Secondary), erectile dysfunction (Secondary), cavovarus feet (Secondary), sleep apnea (Secondary), venous stasis (Secondary), …

tdiu Tdiu Denial
I received a denial letter Tuesday for TDIU claim that was actually from Dec. 20 from the VARO. I should note that I have an appeal for Secondary (back from CAVC to BVA to the VARO) that has been there since August of 2010 for which I received an SOC August of 2011. My desire is to get them both to BVA asap but I was told today if I file a NOD to the TDIU claim it will hold up both going to BVA. Can I not waive further rights at the VARO to release them both to BVA now? I thought I did that on my own last time and it went straight to BVA.

Usaf Jet Mech With Bad Knees
Hi All, I was a Jet Mech in USAF from 1970 thru 1978. Worked flightline and trim pad on F4s for four years and have pain(7-8) in both knees all the time. I believe this pain was caused by working under F4's on my knees as there was no such thing as PPE back then. I have reported this pain for nearly 10 years whenever I am at the VA Hospital. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and submitted a claim. Any help is appreciated...
