Dro Reviews
At the moment I can not recall if I decided to have a DRO review or BVA, but I do not think that I have the capability to represent myself, so I do have a Law Firm representing me. Will I still have to do all the talking, or will my lawyer do the talking. No date has been set, but it makes me very nervous. Papa

Today , My Gi Doctor Blamed Teh Va For My Necrotizing Pancreatits
Today , my GI doctor blamed the VA for my Necrotizing Pancreatits. He said it was their fault I got the pancreas disease that is killing me. They went to remove a large cyst and caused the disease. He just flat came out and said it. How does that affect my claim? I already knew this, and, but before I had this diseasem I had pancreaitits and a 5 inch cyst. Before then I was treated for gastritis on active duty. How does the claim get treated when VA doctors flat out say the VA caused a disease to develop on top of other diseases, also the fact that it is leading to my death. Does claims treat it differently and just give me the award for the disease caused by the VA,…

tdiu All Kinds Of Messed Up; Wrong Rating, Increased, Decreased, Ignored
Hey guys; I would have posted in a more specific forum but my question covers a rather wide range of topics (from TDIU to ratings time limitations to legal reps). Long story very short; served USAF 1990-94. Blew knee out in basic. Had 2 surgeries: 1st: partial crushed medial meniscus removal and notation of acl deficient (snapped) knee Langley, 1992 2nd: full bone-tendon-bone graft acl reconstruction, Ft. Wainright, 1993. Although I was on a 6 year enlistment, my surgeon wrote up the paperwork that made me 4t (not worldwide deployable) and offered me an out with a small severance pay and a "20% less 10% EPTS" rating, because they say I injured it before enlistin…

Chapter 35 Lump Sum/reimbursement
Hello, Has anyone ever received a lump sum payment instead of a monthly payment? Anyone know what it is called? When I took one course I was paid a lump sum, but when I decided to take a second course during the course of my first course it caused VA to get confused. I receive a letter that I owed, even though I didn't. Before I knew about the debt, I called to find out where is the payment for my second course and was told since I take courses in California, I am in something called Western Clock(?), which is why I received a lump sum. After 17 days from that phone call, I receive the debt letter. 17 days after the debt letter, I was told I didn't owe and received …

Chronic Kidney Disease
Hi All its been a while. I have taken a break from fighting with the VA for about a year. I have 3 claims waiting on a DRO Hearing for over two and a half years. Today is my C+P exam hopefully that goes well. Well on to my new question. I signed up for the my health website and was looking thru my blood test TODAY and found out I have Chronic kidney disease. Needless to say I am in shock. It shows up on my last two blood tests getting worse each time. Does anybody know if that is connected to working with jet fuels oil and hydrulaic fluid? I have no other factors for it. Nobody in my familly has any history of kidney disease. I due take oxicodine but only when needed…
