Have another c&p coming up on Nov 25th. Got increased to 100% in October of 2011, but not P&T. I'm guessing this is just a re evaluation?

ptsd C&p Tomorrow, Advice Please
My Husband has his PTSD C&P tomorrow and he is understandably nervous. One thing we wonder about is, should he volunteer information and problems or just answer as asked? Any other tips to help things go smoothly and help them understand? Another thing I am concerned about is that my husband is still working about 16 hrs a week but just barely. He really isn't functional at work and not capable. The only reason he is still working is that I work at the same place and same job and do about 3/4 of his work. He forgets things, doesn't finish tasks and most times cannot work with his customers. We have developed a system where I fill in for him and so far our manag…

ptsd Humble Request For Opinion - C&p Exam For Ptsd
Please take a look at this, everything I do has been tainted by PTSD. I really hope it gets better, everything is so dark and hopeless. I have tried counseling, meds, etc. nothing seems to take it away. I have never filed for anything including unemployment and am embarrassed to do this but I have no safety net and I seem to be failing and flailing at life. I hope I get some kind of SC so I can continue to get medical care. I appreciate your time in taking a look at this and sharing your opinion on it. Thank you. ========================================================================= Date/Time: 22 Sep 2014 @ 0900 Note Title: C&a…

I pasted a sanitized version of my c&p I got from my heathevet. ptsd C&p Exam For Increase
Hello Everyone, I just got a call today stating that my Husband filed for an increase for PTSD with depression and Migraines and i know that is not true. The only claim that i can think of is that he has an appeal for unemployability ( since 2012) in where he asked for a DRO. He filed his last increase for PTSD with depression in 2012 and that was granted and he has had a 30% since 2008 for migraines. So many negative things have been happening with the VA that i am unsure of how i should take the news. My question is why would they reopen 2 claims now? He has not worked since leaving the military so he does not qualify for 50% migraines and he sees a psychiatrist and s…

ptsd Ptsd Cp Exam Question
This is my post. I just joined the group today. First I would like to thank you all for your service and the great information that's provided on this site. I had my PTSD CP exam on October 14. On Friday October 24 my claim was moved to Prep for Notification. I'm guessing I'll know my fate soon. I'm pretty nervous. I have a question about my exam. The Dr wrote that my PTSD is "as least likely as not" due to my stresser while in service. What does this term mean??? If my claim is denied I doubt if I'll appeal. I don't think I can handle going through the process again mentally.

cervical strain A Lot On The Line.
In September I contacted a Veteran Attorney firm. They filed every service connection I had for increase plus 2 new contentions (IBS & Spinal conditions). I had my C&P exam last Saturday and I think it went extremely well. I had medical diagnosis from a private GI specialist for the IBS and a private Neurosurgeon diagnosis with MRI confirming DDD of the cervical spine with damage to my nerve root causing radiation into my upper extremities. The lawyers can't officially represent my claim until I receive denial and didn't want me to submit any evidence since if my claim is approved out of the gate they can't legally get paid. Well I did anyway and I have a goo…

ptsd Just Looked At The Notes From The Comp & Pen For Ibs
I'm so upset, I'm in tears. I didn't even look to see what the examiner wrote about my feet. Her conclusion about my Irritable Bowel was that it was less that likely that my IBS was related to my PTSD and she attached some medical finding that said there was no concrete evidence of comorbidity. She also said something about amplification of symptoms that could not be connected to my state of mental health. I understand what amplification of symptoms means - it means that she thinks I was overstating my distress. All I know is that I was sitting there with cramps that were making me sweat. My DH was there and chimed in that I suffered from "tummy trouble" con…
