Apparently Lost C&p What Should I Do?
Had my C&P ON 22 JULY 14 and the va is still requesting it from QTC. This is crazy!!! What should i do or can i do about this problem? Can i hold these people responsible or what? Will they make me take another one after they admit that they lost it? How long are they going to wait before they tell me? All they do is keep moving the request date further out. HELP

Rating Question
I had two C&P exams for my claim; one was for Tinnitus and the other for PTSD. I completed my Tinnitus exam on 10/03/2014; the doctor stated my hearing was excellent; however I still have ringing in my ears triggered by loud noises. Is it still possible to receive a rating since the DR told me my hearing excellent? My PTSD exam was 10/07/2014, I feel the exam went well, we spoke about my experiences and how they effect me, the DR seemed to hint that I had met all the requirements layer out for PTSD. My questions are how does the VA rate PTSD when the C&P examiner most likely will be more detailed in my PTSD triggers and effects then what I have reviewed on MYHEAL…

C&p Results Ridiculous! Now What?
After waiting 18 months, and then an additional 4 months due to a scheduling error on the VA's part I finally got my C&P exam done. I thought it went very good and was a very thorough 4 hour examination. However, I was surprised to find that of the 12 items on my original claim, only 1 of them was approved. Also the 1 that was approved, was in direct relation to 2 other items. To go into detail, I was approved for 'broken nose, deviated septum' which was from blunt trauma to the nose, and I had surgery on it while I was active duty, but it didn't resolve the blockage hence the disability. Since then I had additional issues in relation to the initial injury and pos…

Was My Exam Just A Dream? - Knee Rom 5260/5261
The Experience: Just had my first C&P on Monday and was able to read the report yesterday. The doctor was polite and seemed genuinely compassionate, but the exam felt hurried. In fact, I was called on my mobile phone fifteen minutes after the exam, by the doctor himself, to come back because he forgot to perform an important part of it. I'm grateful he called me back in rather than scheduling or just using his imagination to conjure something up. There are many errors and oversights, though some are in my favor, most are unfavorable. The report is more inaccurate than it is accurate. Although I was prepared for this by HadIt (Thank You!) and my other research, it's no…

C&p Exams 9/23 At Ves Clinic/i Am A Nervous Wreck!
Good Morning Vets, Next Tuesday I have my C&Ps at a VES Clinic, atleast that is what they called it. I am such a wreck because as you guys all know, we either draw the Civilians that respect the Military, or the Docs that think that all Vets should suck it up and stop using the Govt for "Free Money". I don't know what to think yet, as I have not had C&Ps with anyone other then the VAs. The guy that called me to make appointment, said that the Doc doing the exam is actually a General PA or NP, and I am not a fan of either as they are usually not experts in any field of Medicine. They also said that they have access to all my VA and Navy Records, but I am going…

ptsd C & P Exam For Ptsd, On Medications For Ptsd
Hello, My friend is having his first C & P Exam for PTSD soon. He is on an anti-psychotic, anti-depressant, and several anxiety medications. He really needs them to function at work AND in the world. I think he would be rated 50% disability on the medications, but I'm pretty sure he would not be able to function without the medications. Will the examiner take that into account? Or will his medications count against us? He has recently had a relapse, and we're worried this will get worse and worse and he won't be able to keep his job---that's why we finally decided to reach out to the VA for help after five years of treating this condition on our own thro…

Clarification On This Rating Statement Please
http://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?rgn=div5;node=38:1.0.1.1.5 The reason I am asking is because I was rated 40%(max) for inflammatory myopathy because they don't have specific code for inflammatory myopathy it was rated analgous to fibromyalgia. I am worried that if I try to increase in rating they will change my inflammatory myopathy rating to polymyositis which is specifically the inflammatory myopathy that I do have. When I was going through my PEB the legal attorney at JAG told my that they look at myositis like arthitis and that it's rated by motion even if assisted. So for example if I can't lift my arm on it's own power but can lift it assisted then t…

C&p Exam For Achillies Tendonitis/ankle Sprain
I recently had a C&P exam for achillies tendonitis, and as with my over claims, I tired to research a possible outcome, but to no avail. I was hoping someone could give me their opinion on what a possible rating would be. I figure 10 if I am lucky but 0 percent is just as well. Thoughts/opinions On C&p Exam For Knee Sprain
Can someone please help me understand this C&P exam? I tried to research on how the flexion and extension limits affect the rating, but I had a hard time understanding it. I know my ROM is limited after the repetition tests, but I wasn't sure if it was that or something else that were the major contributing factors to the rating. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
