1. C N P Exam Next Week ( Do I Bring My Mri Reports)

   Im having my c n p exam next week, shouldd I bring my medical diagnosis from the mri an.mental health findings? My last exam was 6 years ago an I dont think he looked at anything in my records, just asked questions an rom test. Any input would be greatly appreciated, ive file for tui an I know its hard to get. 4. Just Had C & . Doc Notified Missing Year Of Documents.

   Like the title states I just had a yearly re-eval which I hate with every grain in my soul. And have lost weight over the stress this crap does, but to get to the point the doc let me know she had no documents or records since my last eval. What do I need to do to get these dirty rats my records? Is there an easy way to do this or should I just wait to see outcome first. A years worth of records is not being reviewed this is b.s. Also it was done by QTC how do I get a record of the exam from them? 5. 3Rd Bad C & P Exam Out Of 5 Exams....what Do You Think?

   These are my notes that I wrote immediately after my C & P Exam. Please feel free to make any constructive comments. I applied for three New Items, Right Hip Osteoarthritis (NEW), Left hip Osteoarthritis (NEW), and IBS (NEW). I am a Gulf War Vet. I have knee and back issues. 6. ptsd C & P Exams Coming Up Next Week

   I have a C&P examination coming up next week for my PTSD and Left Knee, Hip coming up next week. My service-connected injuries caused me to be out of job temporarily. I am currently on Short Term Disability, my company said they don't have Light Duty job for me that I should continue on Short Term Disability until after my left hip surgery and I am fit to return to full duty. I currently right now get $799 bi-weekly base pay, no overtime at all compared to making $2600 bi-weekly working offshore as a field personnel. 7. The Scoop On Hearings At Ro..

   OK heres what goes down.. you show up 1 hour before your scheduled hearing. do not park in the spots that are numbered, there are visitor parking spots. if you get there early in the am, the employees will be going thru the triple layer of security.. you put your stuff thru a scanner, get question by a few _rent a cops, and are told where to go.. you are basically " handled " from the moment you arrive, until you leave.. There shant be any b/ TOUR DE RO".. You can go to the cafeteria, or the crapper, and nowhere else unless directed.. You are permitted to bring notebooks and laptops, and they record serial numbers in and out, so you dont walk out with the wrong laptop.…

8. C&p Exams: How Do You See Your Results/notes?

   This may or may not been asked before, so, I apologize ahead of time. I filed my claim on 3/10/2015 and had my last C&P exams on 5/22/2015. My claim has since moved from "Gathering of Evidence" to "Preparation for Decision". I noticed that people are able to post the C&P notes from their visits. How can I find my C&P notes? Are they online somewhere? I've looked on myvahealth, but they're not on there. Best, Ron

9. Current Disability Claim, Surgery And A Cue Claim

   1st, I have a current claim for disability with about 22 contentions (new/secondary, or increases). Some of these contentions are for my shoulder that I just had surgery done on the 9th, the C&P is on the 28th. Will that affect the exam? Or will they wait? Also, my current disability claim has been in since November 2014, I just submitted a CUE claim at the end of March 2015. Is there a possibility that the CUE and disability claims will be worked together and awarded at the same time? thanks

10. Mental Health C&p

    I filed an increase claim for insomnia and a new claim for depression related to pain and sleep issues. At the C&P the psychiatrist said, "I'm here to do an update exam on you." I told him what exams (Insomnia and Depression) I was there for and that I'd never had a mental health C&P before. He looked puzzled and then started "rapidly" firing demographic questions at me (family, medications, work history, physicians, medical problems). He handed me a depression survey to fill out and said we were done. The C&P maybe lasted 20 min in total. 11. Bilateral Dropped After C&p, Can They Do This?

    After a recent C&P for increase for my bilateral patellafemoral pain syndrom, I was awarded a 10% rating for each L and R knee individually. Then they dropped the 10% bilateral. Can they do this? Shouldn't this be a 20% bilateral rating? Andy

12. How To Get Back Into C&p Schedule?

    I was scheduled for a contractor to do a C&P exam, but was admitted to the VA hospital for surgery and missed my appointment. I called and explained my Sit with the contractor and they canceled the C&P. I sent an IRIS message about 2 weeks ago explaining this and asked to be rescheduled. So far no response from IRIS or the Louisville RO. Any suggestion on how to revive my C&P?
