BVA Time Frame
I have had an appeal with a judge at the BVA since January 7, 2019. It says it takes about 1 - 2 months once it goes to a judge. It is now more than 3 months, does anyone know how long it actually takes?

Satisfied with Statement of the Case partial increase, now what?
I am currently 50% disabled for PTSD. I filed an NOD on November 14th. On December 10th & received a SOC (statement of the case) which gave me a partial grant to 70% because I am still employable & am able to maintain a full time job. I decided not to pursue this any further and am satisfied with their decision (at least for now). The SOC stated if I am satisfied to send them something in writing stating I agree with the DRO decision. On December 12th I faxed the VA in writing a letter of agreement. The SOC stated in 60 days the decision would become final. I am now past 60 days and on ebennies nothing has changed, when I called them they said everything is still…

Now that Claim to Reopen doesn't exist, should I file a supplemental claim, a legacy NOD, or a CUE?
After finally getting my C-File, I'm pretty sure VA underrated me 11 years ago based on the detailed evidence from their c&p examination. Essentially, the VA decision said that I don't have prostrating migraines because I don't have emergency room or sick call visits for them. They conceded I'm a bit messed up from all the concussions and awarded 10% for "TBI to include migraines" despite having an in service migraine diagnosis with lots of follow up treatment and medications while still in service and to this day. Plus, the fact I that I just found out from the C-File that their C&P examiner said that I have prostrating migraines 4x per week…

7.5 Months Since BVA Grants, Nuttin', Honey!
Just checking in once again to report the ongoing ABSENCE OF ANY SIGNS of action on my claim; here's what's apparently STILL happening (or more accurately, NOT happening)... __________________________________"MORE NOTHING"_______________________________________.! It is now 7.5 months since the ruling. BVA granted me TDIU and SMC (s) retro to 2009. There are two minor remands that have no effect whatsoever on the TDIU and SMC. As of today, l still am currently at my old rating of 70%. I did get a BVA Decision Letter back in August, but I'm hearing nothing from the VARO or ARC that are supposed to be promulgating my claim. Checked with Peggy again last week, I …
