tdiu C&p Results For Tdiu
I just got my results back from my C&P exams for TDIU. 1. Migraine Headaches 2. Degenerative Disc Disease Doctors Employ Opinion: It is at least as likely as not that the veterans service connected disabilities would negatively impact his ability to obtain/ maintain gainful employment. Veterans DDD cervical spine and headaches are severe. Veterans neck condition would prevent him form doing any heavy physical work, repetative lifting, or a job that requires pepetative bending of the neck. The severe headaches would prevent any useful employment. He gets at least two bad headaches each week requiring bed rest all day due to pain, nausea, and emesis. I have SS…

Nervous They Will Lower My Rating
According to my award letter from 2008, I have an exam in November. I am really nervous the VA will try to lower my rating. I'm currently rated at 70%. My symptoms have gotten worse overtime. The only change since then is I told my doctor last week that the meds was helping a little bit. I still haven't worked since 2008. Do they lower ratings often? it says on my last reward letter that my rating was temporary. The doctor also made comment during my eval in 2008 that he thought I was on the wrong meds. I hope they dont use the new medicine as a way to lower my rating. My representative said since this is my third exam in 5 years, it makes me percentage permanent this tim…

Which Test Will Carry More Weight?
I had my C&P General Medical Examination, all was completed except the ECHO Test for my heart, and it is scheduled this Monday. Now, even before I was scheduled for a C&P I had a complete heart exam scheduled with my private heart doctor. One would think that they would both have the same results. But, say they are different, which one would carry more weight with the VA, the QTC ECHO Test, or a very intense Heart Examination/? Papa

C And P Now Complete
This is probably a crazy question... I have had my C and P exams done for awhile now and in looking around on the forum the time frame from the exam to when you get your rating decision very a ton. Is there any way for me to "check" on my stuff and get a rough idea of where it is in the rating process ? I just was under the impression from my VSO that one the exams were done stuff should move pretty quick. Didn't know if there was a web site or phone number or any other way for me to get an idea what was going on with my claims.

Smc S Paid!
I just got a check for $8200 bucks from the VA for "S". That is all it could be since I knew they had finalized the decision. This would be two years of retro for "S". That is the fastest payoff in history since I only sent in the claim about 5 weeks ago. I checked my bank account. I have not gotten the letter yet, but I think I will get it today. Hot Damn!

C&p Exam Almost Done
Well I just got back from my examination, and it went alright. Just kept the info that I learned on the do's and don'ts here on hadit. The doctor noticed that I use a cane, and had me walk, and commented that you sure limp bad. Noticed that I had an extremely hard time taking off my socks and shoes. Have flat feet, Absolutely no reflexes in either foot or let. He said that I have Flat Feet, and noticed the special inserts in my shoes. He wanted me to bend over to touch my toes, I could barely touch my knees. Had me to bend backwards, but only was able to go a few inches. Told to bend to the right and to the left, again only a few inches. My eye exam was a surprise…

C&p Exam For Chin Scar
Something just dawned on me regarding my upcoming General Medical C&P Examination. They want to examine the scars under my chin. I have never claimed this. So, how or why would the VA want to examine it? They must have gone through my medical records to find it. Just thought this was odd. Papa

C&p General Medical Exam
Tomorrow I have my physical C&P, and I hope that it goes as smooth as my mental C&P. But, filling out the 15 pages of medical stuff is unbelievable, a lot of it ask the same thin over and over. Is this a way to catch you in a lie? Don't they know that most people will refer back to their first reply!! I'm suppose to bring these worksheets to the appointment for the doctor to look at, so how much weight will these work sheets play in his examination? Papa

ptsd Prostate Cancer Re-Examination
I HAD A RE-EXAMINATION TO CHECK ON MY PROSTATE CANCER IN OCTOBER '09. HAD SEED IMPLANTS IN FEB'08. HAD BEEN MONITORING PSA RESULTS FROM 17.0 JUST AFTER INPLANTS TO OCT.'09 AT .375. VA SENT A LETTER PROPOSING TO LOWER MY TEMPORIAL 100% TO 60% FOR LEAKAGE PROBLEMS, BRINGING ME TO 80% TOTAL. PC-60%/ PTSD-50%/ HEARING-10%/ SMC. I SENT A NOD BECAUSE OF THE C&P EXAMINATION WAS NOT FULL AND COMPLETE. THEY USED BLOOD WORK FROM 6 MONTHS PREVIOUS TO MY EXAMINE. I ALSO WAS ON 100% FROM 2004 OVER FIVE YEARS. ALSO OVER AGE 55. LATER, IN JANUARY 2010, I WAS HOSPITALIZED IN THE VA WITH KIDNEY PROBLEMS AND THE PSA WAS TAKEN AND WAS .250. MY QUESTION IS, CAN THE C&P …

C&p To Decide Any Inconsistencies
on remand i had a c&p exam to find any inconsistencies of any findings, diagnoses or opinions.and explain or reconcile.she said the only inconsistency was a statement from my treating doctor, who is the va chief of neurology.at my vamc, just because he said my active duty back injury "may have"contributed to my curren low back disability. i guess the words " may have " is not clear enough or not the law, but should a nurse practioner make a decision that points toward reasonable doubt,or the credibility of other opinions in my claim. oh this exam is 9 pages and it has a part that says was a standard exam requestd, and then a part that says non-standard exam,i dont und…

ptsd C&p A Done Deal
I want to thank everyone for your info and help.It was most useful when i had my C&P exam today. She was a very nice doctor and listened to me carefully ,writing and taking notes.almost all the time. She asked me every question on the PTSD practice manual i got from this web site,it really helped me. The doctor said that i articulated the stressor event very well and that she would recommend to the VA that the get me on some medication as soon as possible, she could see that i needed it. She also said that my report would be favorable[whatever that means. the exam took 1 hour and i percieved it as one of the good exam. So , the question is. what is next? Do i…
