  1. If I were you, I would put in a complain along with a question as to why this happen to your husband. You can do this through, E-benefits portal," Ask A Question" Also, I would contact my State Congressman. Good luck guys, and I hope he gets the benefits he rightfully earned for serving his Country. Thank you for your service. Aggie.
  2. Great news mountaingirl. I hope you get verification on everything soon. Good luck, and thank you for your service. Aggie
  3. I can't log in either. It's been down for a couple of hours for me too. Hopefully it will come back up with some good news for all. Aggie
  4. Congrats on your win. And yes, Thank you Jesus for looking after all of us. Enjoy, and I hope you get everything you deserve for serving our great country. Thank you for your service my brother in arms. Aggie
  5. I haven't been able to log into E-Benefits since friday as well.
  6. Infantry, don't worry brother, I was in your shoes a few months ago, and I was thinking the worst, but come to find out that everything was falling in place , and in my favor. I am now waiting on my dependency claim for several months now with a completion date of Sept, 2013, and as you can see that date has come and gone. Now my claim on E-benefits is showing Pending Of Notification which has been there for a couple of months, so you can see that your'e not the only one with a nervous stomach, and thinking the worst. But, I've learn to just let things fall in place on their own everything will be alright with the lords help. Just enjoy life and the % you already have, because we are more fortunate then other members on this site, and I thank God every day for it. Enjoy life and your family because we are so fortunate to be with our love ones. God Bless, and Good Luck.. Aggie
  7. I was always under the impression that you have to be 100% disable in order to use our disability benefits for tax purposes. I live in California Am I wrong?
  8. What is the VBM? and do all disable Veterans get it, and do we need it? Thanks for the information, I'm new to the VA disability way of life, so I need to try and not miss anything. Thanks in advance. Aggie
  9. Veldrina I hope you're right, and they do get their heads out of it, and do the right thing for the Veterans. Aggie
  10. You are right free_spirit_etc. That is so true, you must have at least one class on campus, and the rest on line. Good info. Aggie
  11. yelloownumber5, I am currently using my benefits and have been using them for almost three years now. Remember, you qualify for 36 months at 100% under these benefits. What that means is a monthly payment of $2293.00 a month to you for attending at a 12 unit or more per semester , or at least it is for me because I live in California. Now, if you decide to take an on-line class you will get 0$ paid to you. The VA will pay the school, but, not you. You sacrificed a lot by serving our Country and you earned these benefits, so don't throw this money away, i'm talking $2293.00 a month, is a lot of cash. All it takes is you going to school 3 days a week for a couple of hours a day. Take advantage of this my brother and don't let it go to waste. As for me, I am blind from one eye, and I have a lot of other medical issues, but, I'm am taking a Criminal Justice course, and I just love all the knowledge that I am getting, most likely I will never work in Law Enforcement , but, I will not lose the benefits that i earned for all the years I served to protect my Country. Good Luck. Aggie
  12. Unfortunately, if you retired from the Military you will not be able to transfer your Post 9-11 GI benefits to your daughter. The transfer should have been done prior to you retiring. And as for the time limit you must use or lose them is now 17 years from your retirement date, and there is no wavier for an extension of benefits. You either use the benefit or lose it. I am telling you this with certainly, because, I have been through this road myself. Sorry I didn't give you better news. Aggie
  13. R.I.P TestVet. You will be missed.
  14. I used Binder and Binder and I won my case. Only thing is, I don't understand how they would take your case, because one of their requirements to take your case is that you must be unemployed, and have not worked for at-least one year to qualify for benefits.
  15. My claim did that several times, then it actually went back to gathering of evidence twice after prep for decision. Good luck.....
  16. I have been in the notification stage for well over 30 days.

  19. I have been in the Pending Of Notification stage since the 11th of last month. My ebenefits aren't showing any updates either. Good Luck, we just have to wait for now. Aggie

  21. BigRed, in my case it was automatic. I didn't have to file for it. Good Luck Aggie
  22. Nice work Terry, I'm so glad there's people like you in the world. Good job. God Bless Aggie
  23. Alright BigRed, that's what I'm talking about. Good for you, now keep up the big fight for the 100 P&T, it's sure to come soon. Best of luck to you my brother. God Bless Aggie
