When I called their office they said I would need to request it through VA but unsure of the process regarding this. It is not anywhere on blue button in myhealthevet. thank you in advance.

New Medical Documents/ssi
I just received some medical records from St Louis stating that ive had several bouts of severe sinusitis. I now have a blocked sinus cavity thats causing alot of problems. Can I claim this? I was shocked about the blocked sinus cavity (which will require surgery to fix but now these old medical records have shine some light into it. Any input on these two topics would be greatly appreciated.

ptsd PTSD exam
I have a ptsd exam next week, they cancelled the first one! Yeah need more time to stress out. I was injured during non combat training while deployed to Desert storm, knee injury ended career gave me 20% after fighting with them for 20 years. I have been getting treatment for bi polar disorder and figured I would apply for ptsd for trauma on right knee, Now to the question I applied for a sc for bipolar disorder and was immediately denied! I was given a 70% pension rating without even having a c&p exam??? The upcoming PTSDo exam will be the first that I have ever been to, so not sure how they didn't even consider my bipolar diagnosis as sc?? I am just wonderin…

Total Knee Replacement
I wanted to know what's the max for a total knee replacement. Right now I'm at 20% on my left knee, and I have just been told that I need a total knee replacement from Ortho Doctor at the VA. I here to many things like you get 100% (Temp) for 1 year, plus you can only max out at 30% total, which means they would just add 10% to my 20% to max it out as 30% for a total knee replacement. Thanks for any information.

C&p For Migraines Not Happy With It
Tell me what you guys think. I told the examiner that I take my medication as needed when I get my migraines and for the duration of the attacks and that I also take Excedrin. But he got nerves to insinuate that I lied about my medications!! and then look at my results. He marked less than frequent attacks when I specifically told how often I get the attacks. The examiner was very rude... 1. Diagnosis ------------ Does the Veteran now have or has he/she ever been diagnosed with a headache condition? [X] Yes [ ] No [X] Migraine including migraine variants ICD code: 784.0 Date of diagnosis: is SC for that 2. Medical History ------------------ a. Describe…

Paralysis in wrists/hands
I have a question in rating decision, I had a C&P for PN and it was noted that I have moderate paralysis in both the Median and Ulnar nerves (wrists/hands). I assume the VA rates for one affected nerve and not both but would like to ask those who have more experience in this area. Thank you, Green

Odd C&P for my Knee
So I went in for a C&P for my R Knee. I laid down on a table, brought my knee as high up as I could to my chest, and then put it back down again. Did that 3 times and I was done. Seems like there was not a complete ROM evaluation done, your thoughts.

The Real Diagnosis- My C&P Exam Contractor Experience
Folks: Recently, the first part of my FDC claim was resolved in my favor 80% overall, and on the second part, almost all of the deferred contentions were denied summarily except for 1 Cardiac that was lowballed with missing information. Anyway, I was involved in a well documented & traumatic explosion in my Army career (the VA's words) and have suffered with right ear pain and infections for years. Both ear drums were confirmed blown out, a concussion and occasionally my right ear still bleeds. Fortunately, part of my claim is that I was service connected for bilateral hearing loss and tinnitus, in part validating the effects of the same explosion. Frankly, I was an…
