C & P
I received my disability ratingon Friday the 18th of this month. Today the 22nd I received a call from a VA REP for a complete C & P exam for my rating. I went to ebenefits and it states my disability rating and the list of claimed disabilities. Under the claimed disability list is the exact same list stating pending claims. My question is why do I have to go through the same doctors visits when I have already received my rating?

Claim
Two weeks ago I had my second C&P Exam it lasted for about an hour. My wife was allowed to be in the room with me which made it a lot easier for me at least. The meeting lasted about an 1.5hrs. Today I checked my ebennies and noticed that it has been updated to preparing for decision. Is this a bad sign that its moving this fast. I am rated at 70% already the appointments were for increase and addition to my sleep apnea. if anyone can give me some advise I would really appreciate it.

Diabetic Retinopathy
I had a C&P of my diabetic retinopathy late last month. It took the optometrist a couple weeks to finish the report and I read it two days ago. She stated during the exam that my eyes weren't bad at all and noted on the C&P write-up that I had "very mild diabetic neuropathy". and that I had one spot on one eye and two on another. I went for my regularly scheduled exam (again the VA) yesterday and was told something very different, first my eye pressure was high (considerably higher than noted on the C&P 2 weeks ago) and it was stated that I actually have three spots on one eye and that they were all very close to the optical nerve. They put me on a 6-month…

I've Seen my C&P Notes
I logged into my healthy vet and viewed my C&P write-ups this evening. I first read the doctor opinions and he agreed with every secondary I claimed. I am not sure how my other secondaries will turn out, but I'm posting the rating section of the Peripheral Neuropathy C&P below. I believe I see a moderate rating for both hands and feet. ptsd Nervous about C&P Exam Notes
Hey HadIt! Long time lurker, first time poster. I got my PTSD C&P notes yesterday off of myHealtheVet and from what everyone had said on others before on here, it sounds like 50%; however, I thought I'd ask you all about your interpretation. The other question I had was, is it normal for the examiner *NOT* to review your C-File? Thanks in advance for your help! SECTION I: --------- 1. ptsd C&P Exam
Hello, Earlier today I had my exam for sleep apnea and allergies with a QTC family doctor. The doctor asked me a series of questions in regards to the severity of my conditions. The entire exam took literally no more then 10 min. Before leaving he mention if I knew if sleep apnea was caused by PTSD....I wasn't sure how to answer the question. I simply replied that their was case law indicating the connection of sleep apnea being linked to PTSD. He said he would have to do some research to give his opinion. Has anyone had this happened? It seemed like he had already made up his mind and was more concerned on getting through all his other patients.
