    Some in depth questions in a very unique case. I think you may have gotten few responses because of that. Are you 100% P and T now? Or on a pension with 50% service connection? Do you get meds and services through VA?

    It's nice to see other hadit members checkout the forum when they have a tough time sleeping. There are several posts right now that had to be made in the middle of the night.

    Just applied online for loan forgiveness, my payments are suspended for 120 days during which time I have to complete and mail in my application and VS decision

    My only advice would be to take the meds you can and talk to your Psychiatrist about the side effects of the ones you can't take. Also try to go to the PTSD groups if you can, you don't want to be labelled by the VA as non-complaint.

    I don't know much about sc for bipolar but it sounds like you're going through a rough time and I wish you the best.

    I just read at disability discharge.com that federal student aid will discharge your student loans if you are considered unemployable by VA. It says nothing about having to be rated P and T, is the correct?????

    I think with the veterans choice card 100% of costs are covered by VA, but it's a new program who knows for sure.

    Hey Navy04 I'm watching your C and P's closely. I have avoided filing for secondaries to my PTSD just because I'm afraid they'll get angry and pull a review C and P of my PTSD like they're doing with you.

    JMO but it sounds like you will be rated at some percentage for PTSD they are just trying to clarify the difference between the two diagnosis.

    I don't know much about the ILP but from what I've read on hadit it's one of the most confusing programs at the VA.

    Sorry to hear it. On the PTSD claim did they say it is less likely than not related to military service?
