  1. you can request an increase on ebenefits, then print the submission.
  2. the united states , great brittain and rome run the whole non communist world..Before the united states or brittain can or do go to any major conflict, they must consult with the pope first.. The reason the Saudis have so much power, is because they agreed long ago to sell thier oil exports in DOLLARS.. In turn the US protects the Saudis with an iron fist... George (bomb the shit out of em) one and 2,BOOSH (bush) have had private business dealings with the kings of Saudi for decades. The true reason we went after Saddam is he tried to create a gold standard backed currency.. that is a threat to the world banking system.. same thing happened to Kadahafi.. If another country establishes a gold backed currency it is all over in a big hurry for the US/ because our dollar is no longer backed in gold, in the fractional banking system. What our economy boils down to is a ponzi scheme where we create currency based on debt.. a person goes apply for a loan for a house, and a banking instituion creates the "debt" out of thin air. The homeowner pays on this debt for 30 years with interest and the banking institutions get stupid rich. Now that Obama went against the grain and didnt join, or wasnt allowed in the good ole boy saudi system, and encouraged pumping our own oil out of north american soil, the saudis are pissed.. we no longer need thier oil, and we are now the largest producers.. World dynamics are shifting.. this country was getting screwed over by the Bush familys for 20 years, because of his suppressing american jobs and cheap oil, to get buisness deals with saudi.. When gulf war started, dick cheney got the whole defense contract.. it was a no bid, back room deal, under the Haliburton name, which chaney owns.. The reason we went to Iraq And have been in Iraq, has not been to try and get thier oil, it was to keep Saddam from selling his oil in a gold backed scenario, which could possibly challenge the dollar.. The european union was doomed from the start.. There was no way the US would let the euro become strong and challenge the dollar.. Any world leader who tries to establish a currency that will challenge the dollar gets eliminated.
  3. they also sued another veteran who runs a charity to help veterans.. They have a team of lawyers called KUTACK ROCK, whose motto may be... WE WILL PROSECUTE (WWP). This is just a speculative opinion not based on no factual data just meant for purposes of humorous conversation, so please dont sue me you assholes.
  4. I do not agree with the first paragraph, because I have had a 40 percent rating for 12 years, and never heard squat from the va,, RIGHT AFTER applying for TDIU they went on a witch hunt, hell bent and hell bound on reducing that 40 percent 12 year rating to zero, so I couldnt qualify for TDUI because I wouldnt meet to 70 percent.. THEY ARE THAT MALICIOUS, THEY ARE THAT DIRTY, AND THEY WILL TRY TO RUN YOU OFF WITH A REDUCTION ATTEMPT.. I was asked ONE question in a CP exam regarding the 40 percent rating that was very generic in nature and they tried to use that one question, that was made by an unqualified examiner to run down a reduction. The law states that as extensive and thourough testing must be done to reduce a conditions as was to diagnose the condition. So its not very likely that one opinion, from some unqualified, non specialist, Nurse practicioner will hold enough weight to reduce.. the bright side is, the VA is chock full of non specialist who just dont have the qualifications to go up against an expert.. So call thier bluff, make them earn every inch of ground they try to take from you. ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS. VA REGULATION AND LAWS HEAVILY FAVOR THE VETERAN!!!! The hospitals and regional offices just dont follow the rules is why you get denied..
  5. Also dont waste your time with the patients advocate at the va,, all they are is a trip wire to gaurd the director upstairs,, they have no power and will not confront a doctor or even bring your problem to the assistant director or director.. { one cannot be held responsible for a problem they werent aware of right}.. thats how it all works.. If the toilets are dirty patient advocate can help.. if the magazines are stale, patient advocate can help, if water fountain isnt working, pateint advocate can help, if seats in lobby smell like ass , patient advocate can help.. Other than that,, dont waste your time.. When I tried to have patient advocate file formal complaiint with the director of my hospital, I was told I needed to put the complaint in the suggestion box.. NO KIDDING.. Shre refused to bring the complaint to the director...a couple weeks later the patient advocate left.. for a while we didnt even have a patient advocate. GET DOCUMENTATION BECAUSE NOTHING YOU CANT PROVE MATTERS..
  6. I went thru this exact same portal as your going thru.. Heres what you must do.. get your MRI disc and go pay 200.00 or less and see a back specialist,, have them blind read the MRI, and tell you exactly what the problem is,, dont give them the report from the VA. Once you get the outside independant report, go to your primary care doc, and shove it in thier face and insist they add it to your problems list. Then insist you get proper care. On ce you have established factual medical documentation, then you can see if the VA followed the proper standard of care protocols.. If not, you can file an 1151 claim for malpractice.. you cannot sue the govt, until they have been given a chance to settle with you first..
  7. Grimacing and saying ouch is asupposed to be taken into consideration, and being rated for pain is an option, yet they hardly ever do it .. he may have to push it, and make sure to tell the examiner it is painful.
  8. im thinking file for increase in ptsd... and keep the tdui claim going.. {you can see what the criteria is in the 38 cfr thyat is on the home page of had it.}. also do you have other issues such as heart condition, ringing in the ears, spinal problems, ect that you can file for?
  9. The IG needs to get with the GAO and find the several million dollars that they cannot account for every year, and create a monetary reward system for employees who expose crime inside the VA.
  10. 50 counts usually means 50 times... so theres likely some poolr vet that either died or suffered needlessly waiting on care and getting appts cancelled why would they say that vets waived treament or had already been treated ? Is it to make it seem as the fee based care is being underutilized so it can be eliminated? why would someone at that position be interested in doing that? I think the IG needs to look a little higher.. Union officials pressuring congressman, and on down the line to shut the choice program down is my guess. Choice program pretty much eliminates the good ole boy kickback system between contractors and va execs. and or, outside scheduling services are getting paid for care they are not scheduling.. One very large company does most of the scheduling for the fee based care.. Im sure the va has a great " arrangement" with them,
  11. heres the deal,,, the PCPs dont want to get any testing done on spine and neck conditions because back and neck issues are bad mojo.. expensive and chronic lifelong conditions are usually the case.. The va will try and act like they JUST NOW found the condition, even though it was in your medical history from service.. they will play stupid, and try to say it was a NATURAL DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE.. and in no way related to your service injury.. Dont go for it.. the va is trying hard to lessen the permanent type service connections that can never be reduced . It took me 3 years to get an Mri,, THEN they stilkl lied and I had to go to an outside doc to get the truth.. what the va was labeling as "back pain> was several major spinal conditions.
  12. One day I would like to start a charity whereas money is raised to give to veterans to go outside the va and get HONEST examinations to find out thier health problems in detail and thier entirety, the have them go give the results to thier primary care providers at the va and demand they acknowledge,. treat, and medicate them for the conditions as needed.. In my opinion, the manipulation of data, and turning a blind eye to veterans problems are one of the worse problems inside the VAMC. The care inside the vamc feels like they act like they are giving you second fiddle free care rather than earned care.
  13. bottom line. va doesnt want vets going outside the system, because we will be told what is really wrong, it will garner more care and comp and costs will skyrocket. The va thwarts the veterans from using the choice program, with all the red tape and rigamaroo , then trys to say it is underutilized so they can eliminate it.. All the choice program is is a temporary appeasement to cool the fires that started in arizona,,, There are too many politicians who get campaign contributions from the VA union, and they do what they are told to do.. Bernie sanders is on the veterans committee and gets money rom the union... how wrong is that?
  14. does the social worker know u are already 100? if so have u considered applying for homebound. ? Which means you dont get out very much, doesnt mean wheechaired or bedridden. Are u getting near a point of needing aid and attendance? your life partner should not be forced to become your sherpa, the va should pay for someone to come by and give u help.
  15. there are many claims that just aren't getting hands or eyes put on them for years.. why. I don't know.. With the push to end the backlog, my imagination just runs with the scenarios that could be happening.. Sometimes you have to be the squeaky wheel, and pester the va until you get some answers... be kind, but persistant.
  16. Do you have ringing in your ears that started during service? Are your scars not painful at times? like weather changes, bending, ect? Is medication your on causing your little soldier to stay at parade rest, rather than salute? ED ? AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST... Are they contributing all known symptoms to the service connected conditions when it is possible, rather than other conditions that are not service connected. If they cannot reasonably with great confidence separated what is causing what, then it has to go to the service connected condition as being the cause, if it is indeed a symptom of the condition that is plausible.
  17. It SURE seems evident that these CP examiners are being guided as to what to do. In my last CP exam a blatant lie was told, that has no provable substance, that greatly, negatively affected one of my claims. The rater set the stage for the examiner, and the examiner performed the dirty deed. There is alot of trickery taking place, such as changing your medical diagnosis to fit a denial scenario.. For example. A veteran had a injury 20 years ago on active duty that injured his back. The VA failed to con=sider if the accident aggravated the injury. So when a cue claim is filed, the va conviently renames the condition as degenerative disc disease, which is a disease of natural progression, and not service connectable . They tweak the wording around to make it seem like the degenerative disc disease was the major problem all along. (even though the veteran was in early 20s at the time).. THE RATERS AND THE C&P EXAMINERS AT THE VAMC COMMUNICATE REGULARLY, I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT. ALSO, If you go to a contracted CP exam, that favors you, you will likely never see that exam, they will send you to different examiners until they get the opinion they want. I had 4 different exams for what should have been an easy 10 percent rating for a large surgery scar, for a kidney cancer, that was already service connected.. They were hell bent on not giving me the rating because it put me in the 70 percent club, and I had filed for TDIU, which they were planning to deny, so they were trying to knock me off the 70 percent by any means possible Its ALL a numbers game, it no matter a rats ass what you have and dont have, its what thier objective is at that time. The VA wants to keep a certain static metric constant.. a certain amount of, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and so on.. Its not in the agenda to have very many 100 percenters. They will give out a forty spot with not much trouble, but when u start knocking on the.60 TO 100 percent doors, the butler starts to get quite grump. Dont take it personal though, they arent mad at you, your just a statistic. Knowlege is your sword, and patience is your sharpening stone. .
  18. plz pay it forward and share what you have learned along your journey..!!! congratulations and enjoy!
  19. I bet they are tipped off by IG prior to a claims inspection and the claims the IG inspect for accuracy are polished... remember.. it all falls on the commander in chiefs responsibility in the end, as the big picture,, so nobody in the whole bean count is really trying to find problems in the system. In the end, it reflects badly on the head shed..
  20. Agreed, data manipulation seems to be an art form at the va. from the medical centers to the regional offices.
  21. """ Neither Manar nor Hearn believes the VA will get its claims processing accuracy rate up to 98 percent by Sept. 30. It's now at 91 percent."""" if thier accuracy rate is 91 percent im walter cronkite maybe 91 percent wrong, but damned sure not 90 percent accurate...
  22. what happened to the mayan calender system, did it expire/ ha
  23. dont assume the raters know or read anything,, I was initially denied for sleep apnea because there was no record of diagnosis.. it was diagnosed at the VAMC where I get all of my care.. so either they just dont read the file, or completely disregard the facts, or both. It sure looks to me like the va is hell bent on NOT service connectiing gulf war vets for presumtives.. Ive heard of very few vets who have been service connected for the presumptives. It seems like they try to pin symptoms to everything else they can, to avoid service connection. that too is going to come back to bite them in the ass,, they just dont learn...
  24. you mentioned that the dr linked the symptoms to another ilness... WERE THE SYMPTOMS LINKED TO THE OTHER ILNESS ONE THAT IS ALREADY SERVICE CONNECTED? If it is then the VA is supposed to apply all symptoms to the serv ice connected disability, if they cannot accurately distinguish between them. what else are you service connected for ?
