it not only hinges on evidence that was available and considered at the time the claim was initially filed, but also on the actions the VA took at the time of the claim, if they did not consider all avenues in order to approve the claim such as was a possible existing condition being/been aggravated by either factors caused by service or other service connected injuries or ilnesses. From my personal perspective, the VA doesnt seem to get very much right. So if you do some research and confer with knowledgeable people you will likely find a way to win.

THE CLAIM IS NEVER OVER UNTIL THE VETERAN SAYS SO... CAN YOU OUTLAST THEM IS THE QUESTION!!! A claim can go all the way to the supreme court if need be, and if they shoot it down, you can go get more evidence and start afresh!! A tiger cant kill an elephant in one day, but if he bites him every day for a week he can take him down... this is the midset you must have. try to keep doing something productive to help your claim, and be relentless.

the VA knows many veterans have spinal conditions and try like hell not to acknowledge them. Ivew been fighting the same battle since 96. The VAMC in Temple texas wouldnt acknowledge my conditions and the RO wouldnt service connect. I had to go pay out of my own pocket and see an honest doctor to get to the bottom of my problems, and submit them thru myhealthevet, to force them to acknowledge my issues. It feels like the primary care docs are in minimizing care any way they can. Everything is supposed to go thru your primary care doc, and if they are blocking you from getting MRI., seeing specialists, ect as they have done to me for a long, long time, you will be caught in a trap. Luckily I was blessed enough to have the loot to go see an impartial doc, and I told him why I was there. I wanted an accurate, comprehensive reading of the MRI from the VA (which took me 4 years of begging to get). My back is in bad shape, and will need long term care., VA knows this,, thats why they lie, deny, obsfucate, avoid, hamper, obstruct, block, and refuse care.. they dont want to pay.

I was told by a rater that the VA is looking alot more closely at sleep disturbances and fibro having connections

that dont wash they cannot use that to deny you

The Va is going to learn that pissing the wrong people off is going to cost them millions.. put me in coach!!! Vets start getting very resentful.. kind of like,,, you might keep us in chains, but every chance we get we will throw a bucket of shit on you and flood the joint

I will say this much.. the CP examiners and the RO s DO communicate.. Now take into account the longstanding and chronic dishonorables the Ro has been caught engaging in for decades, such as shredding, lying, manipulating data, ect.,. you decide if they are likely using CP examiners to deny you/

I like to burn incense. get into a meditation and open my paint cans, mix the color I want, use turpentine to pallette the paint, then start my design.. The incense I burn is Frankencence and Myrr the same stuff they use in Jesus times.. I also have some spiknenard oil for anointing myself before meditation.. ( the same oil that was rubbed on jesus feet ) In these deep meditation/art sessions I spend time with jesus. these contracted CP docs are A crap shoot.. some are cocky asswipes that dont care abt or respect vets, and wont even shake your hand, and some are good, especially the older ones who are vets themselves.. With a outside contracted CP exam, you cant see it until after you claim is decided.. AND THAT IS WRONG.. Many things could be cleared up. I have had major mistakes or intentional irroneous info on several of my CP exams, and luckily I spotted them, and sent in the proof of the goof to my RO .. They then scheduled another CP at the VAMC , and that one was incorrect as well.

the regs on desert storm related ilnesses are becoming more and more favorable for veterans to win.. Chronic fatigue, fibro, joint pain and stifness, ect.. The Va is also doggedly trying to close the filing window for these ilnesses.. This would eliminate tens of thousands of approvable claims, and millions in compensation. I would venture to assume you are not the only one who has been hoodwinked into dropping your desert storm related claims. The undersecretary of the Va was recently caught attempting to sway the Medical community that oversees ilnesses and Va medical processes to do away with DESERT STORM ILLNESS. and just call it Multi Symptom Illness.. What that would do, is eliminate the desert storm vets as a unique class of veterans, who were proven to be exposed to sarin gas, oil well fires , smoke, chemicals,anthrax vaccinations, food grown in saddams shit, ect. Recently there was an admission by a former Army commander who was promoted a high medical appointment in the VA, that admitted that he lied abt troops in his command being exposed to chemical weapons.. The truth is starting to come out, and the VA knows its just a matter of time, before they cannot feasibly deny it anymore, and the compensation will flow like the mighty Mississippi.

what they are doing to you is called .. develop to deny... they should not have told you to drop contentions and claims.. they are not doctors.. and all those reopens can cause you to lose filing dates.. Waco likely goofed it up and you have a cue claim somewhere in the mix, and they are trying hard to get rid of you.. How do they do this? they convince you to drop claims that will win , and file claims that will lose and dont fit,, .. If you dont get rid of your COMMANDANTE service officer, and get you some real help, the Ro is going to reduce your claims to dust.. Dont you think the one who shitted your claim up initially has a stake in denying it again? And your conversing with her? They have been breaking it off in you for 5 years, and now they want to re, re, re, re, re, open, change the claims, yada , yada yada.,,. bullsheep,, .. you need a lawyer or a good benefits agent,, From what I have observed, waco does not like to acknowledge FFed up claims.. Denial and trickery until there is no place else to go with it seems to be thier Modus opperandi.
