  4. What does a doctor have to review since I already had my exam already?
  5. I called the SSD # last week and was told the decision should have been made on the 19th of Jan. I then get the number to the determination office, where I'm told that the SS doc has to review the file. Does anyone know what this means I've already had my exam what more medical evidence do they need to review? How long is that process? Thanks.
  6. Welcome, I think if you can get your doctor to write that your injury is the cause of your sleep apnea, that would go a long way. You will also need all the treatment records of your injury from your SMR. Are you service connected for the deviated septum, are you using a cpap machine now?
  7. I lost my mom in 05, I can tell you that the pain never really goes away. What you have is memories and love that you can hold onto and that makes it bearable and over time you find yourself referring back to advice and guideance they gave as if they never left. God bless. /doc
  8. I took it for about two years and maxed out 300mg, before the doctor switched me to something else. I varies from person to person though. I hope it works for you. /doc
  9. I had surgery from a private doctor and was granted 100% convelesance for two months. I'm sure you would be entitled to 100% for the lenght of your recovery as set forth by your provider. Good luck.
  10. I'm sure the holidays put them behind, you should get it soon. Good luck.
  11. Long time coming I'm sure but congrats and enjoy.
  12. LOL Like my girlfriend she's the one up at night or elbowing you to turn over.
  13. I would go ahead and have the sleep study. I am getting good sleep, the only thing is I'm struggling to keep it on all night since I normally sleep on my stomach. I keep finding it off and on the side of the bed in th morning lol. I do feel more rested than I ever have before though. Give it a shot and if you don't have sa no harm no foul you can go back on the Xanax.
  14. I was just awarded IU in August, when should I expect the questionairre? Thanks.
  15. Yes it will always be a month behind, since you get it for the month after you start.
