hypertension Alj Hearing Decision---- Not Granted
Well had ALJ hearing in September and was denied ..The judge wenty through records of the last 2 and half years and stated bits and pieces about records.. Most of this stuff she quoted was from 2004. Not from current medical records. I had depression hearing April 2005 by my VAMC and they said GAF was 55. I also have degenerative arthritis of knees, benign hypertension, Bi lateral ulnar nerve neuropathy, allergic rhitinis, anemia and sleep apnea. She the judge said that in her opinion with my age (43) and education(AAS degree) that I am (not)disabled. Whoa .... What next

Alj Hearing Monday
My hearing is monday. I think this will be pretty cut and dry. I'm now 100% P&T VA. I think SS has the major medical evidence that got me to 100% VA. But I know they don't have the most recent C&P exam. I just got the letter a couple of days ago that P&T was awarded and there is not enough time to request a copy of the exam. (I did at the time of the exam but it's not here. We all know how that goes) But the award letter outlines the findings so might be enough. If not the ALJ will have to request it. Basically I should have plenty of medicall opinion that I'm not employable. I have an attorney. We'll see what happens. Time

Question About Ssdi
My wife filed for disability. Her medical condition was that in April 2005 she had her Thyroid removed and filed her FMLA then in Aug of 2005 she was in a car accident and totaled by a 18 wheeler and under treatment of the Spinal Institute since Therapy hasn't resolved her issues. Ironically, she was fired from what while on FMLA, they had thought she exceeded her time off but she didn't and that's another lawsuit in the works. While on FMLA she missed work because she couldn't perform her duties, going to therapy at that time plus all the heavy medication they had her on. She is unable to drive, she has difficulty trying to walk and sometimes just cannot due to …

Appealing A Soc. Sec. Decision
What is the best way to appeal a Soc. Sec. decision ?? Can you get ALL of the Soc. Sec. records that Soc. Sec. used to make their decision .... so you can better pinpoint your appeal letter ??? I asked the Soc. Sec and they said NO ... did someone say that you can get these records via FOIA ??? Is there a special form to use for a FOIA request ?? I did miss some "time statutes" for filing ... but I think I have grounds to appeal ... maybe .. ??? "Denial Letter" just received from Soc. Sec .. and they considered me 100% Disabled ... but only back to mid 1998. I have a good chance to win this battle .... if I can get my ducks in a row. Any suggestions wo…
