stomach Medical Exam by VA doctor
Hello everyone, my name is Mike and I have a exam by a VA Doctor next Tues Jan 12th 2016 . Upon entering the Air Force I had flat feet during my entry physical exam my blood pressure was 100/69 and exit physical exam my blood pressure was 134/91. There was no follow up visits for check ups on my blood pressure and while in there I was hospitalizes for two days with diarrhea and real bad stomach pains. I have also developed CHF as a secondary claim in which i have to prove that everything is service connected. Can anyone tell me what to expect from this exam in trying to t…

Ssdi Denied. Says I Can Be A Cashier.
Anyone know of a good lawyer to contact in SoCal? It basically said that I was denied because I can still perform work that I did 12 years ago as a cashier. Even though it shows that I have clear panic attacks in public. I figured it would happen but hoped for the best. Next step: lawyer up. Thanks in advance! -Mario

SSDI Advocate
My SSDI review came up about a month ago and I was denied for extended SSDI for no apparent reason except they said I could go back to work. Nothing else on the decision letter. I am writing up my own Evidence with Exhibits but I would like a SSDI Advocate to help me with my case. I know there are Free ones out there per the SSDI decision letter but after googling I cannot seem to find one. Does anybody know of a free SSDI advocate who could help me with my paperwork? I've dealt with the VA and SSDI is easier but you just gotta know how to write this stuff up. Example: I was approved for SSDI in February. After the decision I Vocational Rehab said I cannot go back to work…

Can Someone Advise Me of All Disability Compensations that I Can Apply For?
I am aware of Title 2 SS, but I am fed up with waiting for the V.A. to grant my Cue Claim and jobs not wanting to hire me. I was trying to work, but why go through all of this hassle if I have all of these disabilities and can receive compensation for them. I am just unsure of whats out there that pays monthly whether it's V.A. or the civilian sector. I am already rated at 60% with the V.A., which I should be 100%. Thanks in advance for any advice given by all.

hypertension Ssdi 1St Denial
I have applied for SSDI and found out today just after a few weeks that i was denied. No exams only the adult questionnaire that I filled out. They said they went off my VA records as evidence. Im unemployable and haven't been employed since August 2013. I also have a letter from my last job describing that I was laid off due to missing to much work and also due to all my conditions that I could no longer perform my duties. My VA PCP letter stating I'm unemployable, VA ILP home assessment counselor stating severe PTSD and unemployable, VOC rehab stating in unemployable and unemployment saying I was denied and unemployable. I am not trying to post a political post just passing information forward.
