My Thyroid T3 count has been at a 60-180 and 1.5 - 4.2 instead of a 80-180 and a 2.3 - 4.2 I have been telling them I was tired dont feel right, myblood pressure was rising and then dropping. I was told to read self esteem books, nothing is wrong with me and now I'm being ignored or my emails get sent to my doctor. What can I do about this? I saw 3 advocates and they seem to not care or want to keep things onthe downlow, they don't know about this. i just found out today, so I htink they thought I had a mood disorder since thats what it says in my records. Total Knee replacement
I have been rated 10% for my knee for 40 years, I am going in to have it replaced in may. I was looking up what my benefit rating would be and it says 100% for 12 months? can that be right? I went to a VVA rep and he says it is only what the doctor is saying which I should be out 6 to 8 weeks but from what I read it says it is an automatic 12 months, just need some clarity, feel my disability has been underrated for years. it is service related.

DMII and OSA
I developed sleep apnea after I was service connected for DMII. Do you think there is any medical evidence that a lawyer could use to make a connection, so I could get the OSA as secondary to DMII? I know I will need strong medical opinions and a strong argument to do this. I have found most doctor very reluctant to make these sorts of connections. They are only interested in doing sleep studies and getting you a CPAP. Is there a lawyer here that has worked with these kinds of cases who could advise me? I know it takes money to prime the pump on these sorts of cases.

2014 Claims (REOPENED)
I was discharged from Navy in 1996. I have theater service but the VA did not apply my wartime service towards my presumptive disabilities. This error has caused the VA to deny my many benefits. Most recently, my Specially Adapted Housing Grant and Specially monthly compensation claims that were denied in 2014. I recently requested for the VA to reopen based on N&M evidence (being my evaluations proving that I was in desert storm at that time.) Subsequently, both claims were reopened. Does this mean both were both will be granted and rated?

Diagnosed Flat Feet and Filing Claim
Hi All, I was diagnosed with bi lateral pes planus (flat feet) in service and am now separated and in my presumptive period. From my understanding you need to have pain + flat feet to get any rating over 0%. I have pain on both feet but it was not documented. Now my question is, should I see a civilian doctor to evaluate my flat feet and pain to have it documented? Or should I file the claim for flat feet and wait for the C&P exam to tell the doctor I have pain on both feet from it?

Ratings increase due to amputation
I am currently rated at 10% for tendinitis in my left ankle. My question is, if my leg needs to be amputated for a reason other than the tendinitis in my ankle, will I get the rating(I believe 40%) for amputation even though the tendinitis is not the reason it has to be amputated? In other words I' 10% for my ankle. My lower leg above the ankle (not service connected) causes a below knee amputation, the service connected ankle is now gone, to I get service connection rating for it being gone?

What does Permanent & Total means?
Hello fellow Vets! I received approval for unemployability but it says that I got approved for unemployability in June of last year until October. Then it says that from October on, I am 100% P&T (permanent and total). The letter says that P&T is my status since P&T is a higher award. I got a military this week ID and it says indefinite. What does P&T really means? Should I expect any reevaluation in the future? Can my rating be lowered? Thanks.
